From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Our server Erik Rosas was knowledgeable about both the food and wine menus, offering perfect pairing suggestions. The food came out quickly and exceeded our expectations – fresh ingredients, creative combinations, and generous portions. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed with comfortable seating and perfect lighting.I cannot thank Erik enough for his excellent service. Erik went out of his way to fulfill our wishes and treated us like VIPs. Will definitely be returning soon!

We came here after not having gone to Red Lobster for several years. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, but we were seated quickly. We ordered an appetizer and two main meals. While waiting for the meals, the hot and fresh cheddar rolls were brought out. Our appetizer was the bacon wrapped scallops. They were pretty good but limited flavor on the scallops. Our main meals came out shortly after and the food was good for the price. Service was definitely lacking – we waited 15 minutes after our dishes were bussed for the bill, and I saw other tables always trying to catch the same waiter for basic items like drink refills and napkins. When he would come by, he was always rushing away and smelled like cigarette smoke (keep in mind, we were 1 of 2 tables). Overall, it was an average meal and a less than great experience.

Exceptional Service from Erik!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server, Erik. From the moment we were seated, Erik was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He made sure our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and that we felt genuinely taken care of throughout the meal. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations — the food was really good! Erik’s excellent service truly made our visit special. We’ll definitely be asking for him next time!

It wasn’t a bad experience…until we got the bill. We haven’t been to Red Lobster in a few years because the last couple times weren’t that great. My wife used to love this place though, so we decided to go for her birthday. Sadly, nothing has changed but the prices. The service was fine; nothing commendable, but nothing to complain about either. The atmosphere was typical; nice place, but clearly still a big chain. The lobster tank featured in the waiting area was empty and probably had been for awhile because the water was about an inch under the line that said to not let it get below there. The food was very disappointing. So unenjoyable that we didn’t even eat the leftovers, and that’s saying something. We love leftovers and hate wasting money. The bill was shockingly large, so it really felt like a waste when we threw the leftovers out, but it just wasn’t good. Not gross, but not at all enjoyable. I’m not a seafood lover so I had a steak. I know they’re not a steak joint so my expectations weren’t high, but I make better steaks than that at home on my grill – and I can’t even cook boxed mac-n-cheese. My wife and daughter both had shrimp pasta. One was overdone, and both were bland and flavorless. If the bill had been half what it was, I could chalk it up to a bad day, but for that price, we won’t be back anytime soon.

Food was hot and delicious! The Soy Salmon Bowl is my favorite every time I visit! Service was impeccable from Michele N! If you are visiting, I would highly recommend requesting her for accurate quick service with a fantastic attitude! Great job to this location!

First of all, out waitress was AWESOME! She was experienced, courteous and fast! Wish I would have got her name for y’all. Anyway…the new menu is really good! All the food was cooked to perfection and tasted phenomenal. It’s a must-go for seafood and steak! Seems like it’s an upgrade from my previous dining experience.
