After a relaxing couples massage, my husband and I headed to Red Lobster for lunch — and it was just what we needed! The atmosphere was chill and welcoming, perfect for easing back into the day.
I ordered the sirloin steak with Chesapeake fries (my absolute fave ) and a house salad, plus a cold Pepsi to top it off. Everything was cooked well, flavorful, and portioned generously.
Special shout-out to Christina, our server She’s always attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure my food allergies are communicated clearly to the chef. That kind of care means a lot and keeps me coming back.

Still not what it used to be. Food is better but the decor is still looks the same at this location. Definitely short staffed but it is what it is. You decide. I feel just the same about it as I did when I walked in. I used to love Red Lobster. Sad

Food was great as always. My 8 year old wanted just crab legs and steak so the waiter made a deal for him. He was also super excited because the staff offered to let him touch a live lobster . Fun experience for him. We also have a baby who enjoyed the cheddar bay biscuits

Waited for a long time to be seated then waited a long time for drinks or to be acknowledged after seating … then took a really long time for food to be handed cold food. No hot butter for crab legs . My son got the same thing I did and I only had 4 shrimp be had 7. The ultimate feast is expensive to be given cold food with part of it missing. The food did not taste like it normally does either. We was there a total of 3 hours including a 20 min wait

I love this restaurant! The food is delicious! Brandon the bartender is so nice, excellent mixologist & the crab legs & biscuits are delicious. We stopped into this Red Lobster for lunch today. I wanted to try the new lobster flatbread. He had the lobster roll. Both were delish! My husband said the lobster roll reminded him of our vacation in Maine last summer. Side of fries with Old Bay seasoning were also amazing! We had not been to Red Lobster in years.. the cheddar bay biscuits and Caesar salad were still as I remember. Basket of hot biscuits… fresh salad served in a chilled bowl. Best Caesar dressing out there in my opinion. We sat at the bar and I am glad we did, Brandon the bartender is an awesome server! We really appreciate his quick service and had fun chatting with him. Thank you, we will be back!

I went on Saturday and got the surf and turf. The steak came out wrong twice. The manager took care of my bill. He was so apologetic. I’ve been a regular here for over 13 years. Isabella was a great server and kept apologizing. I kept assuring her that she wasn’t to blame. I still tipped her on the original bill.

I love Red Lobster’s so I knew the food would be good. And this restaurant lived up to expectations for food quality. Price is reasonable! Friendly staff and they were great! Super fast with refills of drinks made sure we were having a good experience. It was our first time in Rochester and we liked this because it wasn’t too busy and nice atmosphere. I think the food was tastier than other locations too.
