I always enjoying coming to this location. I’ve been coming here for over 30 years and it’s the best location I’ve ever been to. The food is always excellent, the staff are excellent and the atmosphere very pleasurable. I love dining in here with friends and family and even just myself.

02/28/2026. My food was screwed up, my steak was way over cooked and my salmon was dry (not sure how you send out food that looks like this. Then come to find out they made my son’s grilled chicken blackened so he didn’t eat it. The food was good but not gonna come back for those prices. Good grief!!! They got rid of my favorites, jumped the prices sky high on everything else, I miss the tiny shrimp on the salad too. Our Red Lobster used to be packed every night and now it’s only got five or six cars there. We picked it because Texas Roadhouse was packed. Next time we’ll just wait I guess…..

Had our appetizers brought to us before any napkins, silverware or drinks were brought. Waited another 15 mins for sodas after appetizer was brought out. Ordered the main course and waited over 45 mins for our meal. While waiting for our meal we never had another refil brought to us. Was another 10 minutes after the meal was put on table to get a refill. Ordered one steak medium, came out rare as can be. Ordered one well done and was still bleeding and not a well done. Third was a medium well steak and came out as a medium. Did not receive the sides orderd with the meal. Did not receive cheese and butter on the potato as ordered. Will never return here, service was terrible, manager lacked professionalism, did not introduce himself when approaching our table, just stood there with a scowl on his face.

Mari was our server! She was so professional, polite and courteous! She had a positive attitude, she kept our bread basket full and our drinks topped off. Working on Christmas could not be much fun but she had a beautiful smile and positive attitude! Thank you! You made our day great!

Just walked into the red lobster 5pm Sunday not busy at all. Very moderate for a Sunday afternoon I’d say, I’ve been coming here for 15 years to this location and it’s always been poorly managed. Today, it’s no different. What can you expect though from a manager with no teeth lol. We’ve been told we could have lobster than couldn’t have lobster 3 separate times. Then when asked if it could be substituted the manager just says”no sorry”. More of the same poor quality experience, guess I’ll wait 15 years then come back and see then.
