The atmosphere was calm, most likely because the restaurant was practically empty. The photos are of Red Lobsters “Signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits” which are usually delicious, soft and moist. These are so overcooked. We asked the waitress for another batch and this is what she gave us. This batch was worse than the first. We believe that maybe perhaps those were biscuits from the lunch crowd and were overly reheated. I forgot to mention in my other review that we did bring this to the waitress’s attention. After our meal she asked if we wanted to take the biscuits with us. We told her no because those were worse than the first batch that she brought out. She stated that she would have to talk to the person in the kitchen who was working on the biscuits. That was an unacceptable response as she seemed to think it was ok. We didn’t ask for management. Who would want another batch of burnt biscuits?
Two of us had the fish and chips. It’s very good. Another had flounder. The food was served hot as it should have been because there weren’t many people to wait on. My guess is that there were probably four tables being served. The restaurant was practically empty.

I have not been here in over 20+ years and my husband had never been. We were amazed. Our server, I think his name was Caleb, was very informative and quick! The food was excellent! We will definitely be back!

I came in for lunch and sat at the bar. Amanda was my server. She was awesome. The food was delicious! I had the sesame soy salmon bowl. I highly recommend it. I will come in for their happy hour next time. It’s M-F 3-6.

Had a terrible Valentine’s Day experience with my partner, when we arrived the lobby was completely full with other guest waiting for the host to call their name off a written list and we watched at least half leave before they got seated. We checked in promptly and were told there was a long wait despite us having a 7:45pm reservation made a week in advance. The restaurant seemed understaffed and overbooked completely for the holiday. We stood in the lobby for around 45 minutes before I asked the host if she could call us when our table would be available and she turned to her manager asking if she “could do that.” I asked if she had my number through the reservation and she did not, I gave it to her and the host said she would give me a call. We then waited another hour in the car, I was never called back. When we went back inside they had just started seating 8pm reservations, which made me upset because we had already been waiting a long time, I received no call, and she skipped over us. We waited another 10 minutes before asking her again how long the wait would be, the host admitted that she forgot and didn’t see us standing in the lobby?? We were then promptly seated and we quickly ordered two snow crab, Maine lobster, and another type of lobster.
It took another 45 minutes before we got our food which was subpar and definitely not worth the money and time spent at this restaurant. Overall a terrible experience.

On a Monday night, we were seated right away, and maybe a few minutes later, Cheddar Bay Biscuits was served immediately.
Ganon was really attentive and fast with the service.
The portions were generous.

On Valentines day, they had roughly 3 servers on the floor. We waited over an hour. We only seen out waitress once. No refills. No check to make sure our order was right, nothing. Once I got home, I puked the rest of the evening. Dont order their lobster tail! For the extremely high price, youd think youd get better everything. But you absolutely do not. Avoid this place.

Was in the area shopping and decided to stop in. First time ever at red lobster and it was great. Food was awesome, drink was just right and cake for dessert finished off the meal and excellent service from Linda. Knowledgeable of menu and we ordered the recommended special.

Food tasted great. For the Build Your Own there were large portions. Service is always good. The stuffed mushrooms, however, were small. This has always been our go-to for an appetizer. The dish is small but it didn’t hid the fact the mushrooms shrunk lol. They tasted good though.
