Had lunch at the Blue Springs location. We were seated quickly and met by a server promptly. Restaurant was clean and recently remodeled. The Rattlesnake pasta was very good and the serving size was adequate. My wife had the Chicken Avocado sandwich which she said was fine but did not have much flavor. Our grand daughter gave the chicken nuggets and French fries two thumbs up. Overall it was a. Good experience.

I’ll start off by saying the service was really good. My table’s waitress was nothing but kind and was very personable. But the food? It may taste ok, but my brother and I have food poisoning like hell right now. All I had was a side serving of mashed potatoes, but I still feel like I’m gestating a heavy wet sponge in my stomach. I’m incredibly glad I hadn’t ordered more, because my brother (who ate a whole plate of food) was up late last night puking his guts out. Again, I hold nothing against the people diligently working front of house. Food service can be rough; I’ve worked food service loads in my time. The folks out front were keeping tables clean, floors swept, and were overall very amicable.

It should be noted that this restaurant was remodeled once before because it failed health inspection. I was not aware of this until this morning (unfortunately lol). Not only this, but I’ve been told their Grandview location was shut down for similar reasons. I would avoid this place like the plague if you can. And as I’ve reiterated, the front house staff wasn’t at fault here. Heck, I don’t fully hold it against many of the kitchen staff either. This is clearly a failure of leadership and management. I also understand that these are human beings who rely on their jobs for income (even though I’m sure they’re underpaid). I don’t want to see this place fail, I don’t want to put anyone out of a job, but something has to be done for the sake of public health.

We ordered online. I called in to modify my order because there was no option online. There was a miscommunication and my order was made wrong. The manager went above to make sure it was fixed. The staff even took into consideration that we had a crying baby in the car and were already onto fixing it before they even told us my order didn’t get modified the way I wanted it. Gave us multiple options for accommodation. We left very pleased with the staff overall. Even when we pulled up to curbside someone was already coming to the car to serve us. I don’t have one complaint. Would highly recommend. Oh yea, and the food was satisfactory as well.

Update: We went in for lunch on Friday. Exceptional service. We both had the soup and salad lunch special and it was delicious. I’m glad we gave it another try after the revamp.

First time at this location. I was not impressed. I didn’t care for the Tequila wraps at all. The chips and salsa were boring, I am glad I ordered them though to add texture to the meh Mac and Cheese. My husband ordered the chicken finger platter and said it was pretty good. The onion rings were hard and inedible. The restaurant is very “close”, tight and loud. Plenty of parking. The high light was our server Cammi she was amazing.

I took a group of 12 senior citizens here, and they really got a good deal for meals. The only complaint was it was too noisy because there were lots of people. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were great for the money.

The food is delicious! They’ve been down for a renovation, but the only difference I see is the seating. Our food was delicious and the server was very attentive. Glad they’re back open! I gave 4 stars because it’s all one room and was pretty loud at first.

Meat was dry, chips were stale, taco shell was too hard to eat, and the ice with a splash of coke is not worth the money. Company policy is to fill the glass to the top with ice then splash a little coke in the glass. If you don’t want ice it’s an extra $1.15! With a delivery order we won’t get refills so stop price gouging, be better than this. Very disappointing…

Food is not worth the price the appetizers were the only thing we enjoyed. The chicken fried chicken was tough I couldn’t even cut it with the knife, the Mashed potatoes were cold, the biscuit tasted like it was old. Ordered the Avocado Burger and it had Guacamole on it NO AVOCADO!! They do have coke! Dessert was really good probably because they didn’t make it.

Great variety in the menu. Reasonable prices, nice, attentive wait staff. The California Blue Cheese Salad is always a good choice. They are known for their potato soup and variety of sandwiches. Full bar and lunch specials Monday through Friday.

Lots of tasty menu items to choose from – something for everyone. The servers were helpful, but not overly helpful which was nice and allowed for a great conversation with friends and family. Appetizer/Entree items ran about $5-10 and portion sizes were more than adequate as you can see from the pictures.
