Reviews
I rarely write reviews but this needs to be out there!
Me and my two daughters went here for our night out together and I can honestly say I will NEVER be back. The server we had was pretty good but the food was the absolute worst! We refused to eat here and had to go somewhere else before they got us extremely sick!
I ordered the crab legs. You can tell they’d are properly stored, made, or inspected before cooking! They were yellow, extremely rubbery, and stinky! I’ve had plenty of crab and I can say this is the 2nd time I have seen this at this very location. The 1st was only one leg so I was willing to let that slide but this was a whole cluster! This is absolutely unacceptable.
My daughter’s chicken was dry and rubbery as well I wouldn’t feed this crap to my dogs!
And my 2nd daughter ordered the shrimp skewer and half of them was burnt and wayyyy overcooked!
I have never seen such disgusting food come out of what once was a higher end restaurant!!
Our server Juan was great!
Let’s start with the biscuits. Overcooked. More came out later, but by then my appetite for them was gone. The appetizer was fine (seafood-stuffed mushrooms). On to the drinks … I ordered a Sunset Passion Colada and couldn’t even get it made the way I wanted… on my birthday, MIND YOUUUU. It was made so sloppy.
The seafood boil wasn’t even mid … 3/10. The potatoes were so overcooked they were basically mashed potatoes, the shrimp were overcooked, corn was okay, and the crab wasn’t even the best part of the meal. The best part was actually the $5.99 Cajun sausage add-on.
I honestly assumed it would be good because it was $45. I figured at that the food would at least taste decent. Wrong. The garlic butter was a no . The steak was tough. No dessert …
I don’t know why I thought it would be worth it here when the reviews are horrible now here, but lesson learned. This experience completely ruined what should’ve been a simple, enjoyable birthday meal. I won’t be returning.
This review is purely on the operation and logistics of this Miller location ONLY and is not a review of Red Lobster’s food quality.
This location’s overall operations and the staffs’ handling of customers is grossly incompetent to say the least. On 2/15/2026, we went to this location where more than 60% of their dining area is empty and was told that the kitchen is backed up and will need to wait for abt 20 minutes, ok not an issue we can wait. And as existing customers are leaving, we are looking at 80% empty seats in this dining room now and the waiting time just kept on adding, went from original 30 minutes to an hour, and it is doubtful how when you have an 80% empty dining room and told your customers that waiting is 1 hour, even with call in orders there is a more efficient way to manage orders, when your customers can see your dining room is 80% empty and not seating customers there is something extremely wrong with how the staffs handle rush time orders. The host kept on saying that she does not want to ‘seat customers if they can’t order’, understandable, but some customers like us don’t mind being seated and wait for orders, we just don’t understand when the dining room is 80% empty and customers who already seated most already have their food, still tell people to wait for an hour. If the cook staffs are having a mental breakdown or due to the stress of handling orders, better management need to be implemented or hire more staff to relive the cooks stress, this is grossly incompetent
Ohh boy. Our server had a tiny redish bun
(I don’t remember her name I’m very sorry)
and the most crued attitude ever. She came off very condescending and impatient. I get it was very busy it’s a Saturday I know how restaurants work and I am a server myself. How she worked was very unacceptable. Look, I love RedLobster and most servers I have are very kind. Who ever we had yesterday makes me very nervous to go back.
Our food was good and I’m greatful for whatever was cooking because the food took our mind off our waitress for a good moment.
Another couple in her same area also commented on how worrying the service was.
I just wish we had a different server that day because I love eating here. Honestly we should have took the bar instead.
