My partner and I got the Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya and the Wild-Caught Crunch-Fried Flounder. Both were absolutely delicious, although I underestimated the spiciness of the Jambalaya. One thing that knocked the score down for me was that I found a hair in my food. Other than that, it was an amazing experience.

We had forgotten about Red Lobster over a few years because of bad experiences. Read a lot about Red Lobster’s new CEO turning a new leaf so we decided to give it another try. Wow! They did it right! First I was able to make reservations online and we were seated upon arrival. There were people waiting and lots of empty tables. Figured they were short staffed and felt wary. However those feelings were changed when Andrew B, our server, greeted us. Smooth sailing from there on. Service was impeccable, food delicious and as described on the menu, quiet atmosphere, nice lighting in the booths, clean and orderly. A thoroughly excellent dining experience. Cheddar Bay biscuits are still served and the new crispy Brussel sprouts are the best we’ve had.

Red Lobster is making strides in it’s improvements to the menu. The only way it could be better is if they still served a small salad with the meal. Everything we had was exceptional and the service was absolutely outstanding! Or servers name was Angela and she was friendly, fun, attentive and helpful. Thanks RL for all enjoyable meal.

The food was outstanding. Service was great because it seemed be under staffed. Atmosphere was ok, a bit chilly. We waited at the bar for our seat and it was way too bright.

Everything was very good except the hostess at the entrance. She looked at me a few times before she decided to come and assist me with no smile or even a simple “Hi”, straight asked, ” How many? “.
The food was good, not as hot as it should be, and for some reason, they were out of broccoli. It wasn’t a bad experience but not the greatest one either.

Red Lobster was offering a free shrimp dinner to veterans on Veterans Day, so I took them up on it. It was great. There were lots of other vets there, and whenever a bunch of us are gathered in one place there is lots of good camaraderie.

Love the biscuits as always & the cocktail was delicious as well! The bartender was very helpful in making sure that the drink did not contain any mango juice in the mix (allergy). My waitress was wonderful as well and answered any questions I had about the menu and the difference between the types of crab.
