Went with a group of friends. Many of us had not tried Ramen surprisingly.

Place was absolutely packed on a Tuesday night, expect to be waiting for a seat as they are very busy.

All of us are vegetarian and loved our dishes! Also tried some hot Sake.

Spicyness level 1-5 is available and 4 was very enjoyable. 5 would probably end up blistering your lips from the broth.

Great comfort food spot. Excited to go again! I will definitely be having cravings for noodle blvd!

Phenomenal little Ramen restaurant. Admittedly, they have limited seating all throughout so sometimes there’ll be a wait. You’ll have the most luck with being seated sooner going solo or +1. I love being sat at the bar stool counter, being able to see the kitchen and cocktail operations in full swing! Which yes, they serve cocktails as well as import beer.

They have a wide range of ramen dishes with different proteins – almost up to 20. My favorite so far is the Chicken Curry Ramen ($18). A rich savory broth mixed with chili oil for a spicy kick, minus the coconut milk, it reminds me of an alternative version of Khao Soi – egg noodles, shredded chicken, bok choy, beansprouts, half an Ajitsuke egg, green onions, and garnished w/ crispy wontons. Simply AMAZING and consistent quality everytime I order it. The bowl is deeper than it appears so I’m always leaving full.

They also offer rice bowls, Karaage chicken, Bao buns, and desserts like mango sticky rice and lychee ice cream.

By far one of my favorite ramen spots in the Triangle! I’d feel guilty for trying to keep this place a secret.

While we were in the area, we stopped by for a quick bite for lunch. This place is our top choice — pictures look great online. Had to check them out for the first time…it was delicious!

Also, if you enjoy pork belly, I highly recommend the Spicy Pork Kimchi Rice bowl. While also trying the Black Garlic Ramen (with Pork Belly & Ajitsuke Egg), which was definitely worth trying.

The starters, including Edamame and Karaage Chicken, were both excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

We started with the Fried Baby Veggie Rolls and the Takoyaki, both of which were excellent and opened our appetite for the rest of the meal.
For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Curry Ramen, which was cooked to perfection with an exceptional balance of flavors. You can really feel the thought and precision that went into creating these dishes. The result is something truly special and high quality. The ingredients are fresh and vibrant, and the flavors are deep and unique.
For dessert, we couldn’t resist the Fried Banana: hands down the best treat ever! It was perfectly fried, and the banana just melted in the mouth. We also tried the house-made Lychee Ice Cream, which was delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet, a perfect palate cleanser to end the meal.
On top of all that, the service was outstanding: fast, friendly, and attentive. You can tell how much care goes into every dish before it reaches your table.

If you’re still reading this review, take it as your sign to go there right now and treat yourself to an amazing dining experience!

What a gem! The parking lot was packed, and I was lucky to grab a spot by the bar. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the vibe feels authentic, and the service is impressively quick. The chicken curry ramen was bursting with flavor—3/10 spice was perfect, but it still packed a punch. Definitely a spot that delivers on both taste and atmosphere.

I love this place, only giving 4 stars because the last two times service wasn’t very good. I ordered extra egg and didn’t receive it twice. The first time was fine they didn’t charge me but the second time they charged me for it. I didn’t bother going back in cause it’s $3. Imma still eat here though love the Bangkok ramen and grilled steak ramen. Make that a permanent menu item pleaseee….

Changed my review because for the 3rd time in a row I’ve had bad service. Watched tables that were sat before us get their food, over 30 minutes. I asked why our food hadn’t come yet and the h lied to my face and told me the steak ramen takes longer (I have ordered this before and this is not the case) they brought out the other two bowls and still didn’t have the steak ramen. Which means they never started our order. I wish they had just been honest because lying to my face is unacceptable. Accidents happen.

Excellent ramen and great service. Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen with Spice level 2 and it was perfect. Karrage chicken was tasty and the dipping sauce elevated the taste even more. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good ramen that feels like a warm hug on a cold day.

Was passing through town and was told by a friend that I had to stop at Noodle Blvd and I am so glad I did! I had Jamie as a server and he gave the best service and brightened our entire family’s day after a long drive! He suggested the Chicken Curry and Duck Ramen and they were both so delicious and full of flavor. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! I love the nostalgic Christmas vibe it made me feel right at home. I will definitely be suggesting to anyone passing through the Raleigh area and we will be coming here many more times in the future!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was so fast! We had a lot of questions and the server was really nice. I had the chicken curry ramen and loved it! I believe friends had the tonkotsu ramen and the vegetable ramen with added shrimp. Both said they were delicious! My friend’s drink was also really great but not sure the name. We loved this place, we will definitely be back!
