Serenity our server was wonderful !! Came in with 5 boys and they were great to us. From letting the boys hold the love crabs to bringing my 12 year old some ice cream for his birthday. Also food was amazing !!

Our server Makayla did a phenomenal job. We saw that she was busy with many tables and our party and she never missed a beat. Our drinks were always full, the food came out in a timely manner. Also, my Salmon New Orleans was the best I’ve ever had, whomever cooked it KUDOS to you!

I am so happy to have the opportunity to visit this Red Lobster. Great different menu. The food was soooo good, especially the Crab Queso appetizer and the free strawberry cheesecake, due to National Dessert Day. Brandon, our waiter was very polite, friendly,
and attentive. I know prices are higher all over, but I was very surprised at how expensive RL has gotten. Good splurge, though. Great place to celebrate our bdays. The new Crab Carbonara was to die for. We went today and tried the Ultimate Spendless Shrimp. It was soooooo delish.

Had a great family meal today it was fast and friendly service. The manager came out and even let us take pictures with the lobsters! The food was great and so was the atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

WOW great experience! Chris is such a nice guy—drinks were delivered quickly followed by our salads. Meal was very good—and the waiter checked on us often! Drinks refilled and Chris wished us a Happy Valentines Day! It was so nice to have a dinner with just my husband and Chris made it special. Oh and manager in red shirt checked on us too—wish I got his name. Thanks thanks thanks!!! We will be back!

It was a very nice time! It seems the menu has added a few new tasty items that turned out to be really good.Our server Brittley was exceptional! She was bright, personable, and attentive. It was her attitude that made the already great service even better. Awesome pre-Valentine’s Day date!

Kellye was an amazing server and she was on top of everything. We did not even have to ask for a single thing. She was very friendly aswell which we appreciated during our dining experience. We would definitely love to have her as our server again during future visits.

Chris our server was the bomb, quick, attentive, polite. The atmosphere was cool and chill for a Sunday evening. The food was hot and well cooked, but the fish fry/batter could use seasoning, it fell flat. This my first time in a Red Lobster in 20+ years and my best visit EVER.

Jenn H our server and Austin the bus boy were great on our visit to the Canton Red Lobster. Jenn was extremely attentive and made some great food suggestions. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Austin knew the restaurant like the back of his hand and made all of us laugh with his jokes.

Wait time wasnt bad for how busy it was and our server Makayla was outstanding. I had ordered the Lobster Dream with 3 rock tails, but after I got it and ate one I realized I meant to order the Maine tail. I told the server about my mistake and without hesitation she fixed it. The Maine tails I recieved were just what I had wanted. She was kind and meticulous the whole time.
Also, on our way out we saw her taking lobsters out of the tank to show kids and that was so neat to see! Didn’t know you guys did that at Red Lobster, we cant wait to come back! Thanks Makayla!!!!!
