Seated quickly waited about five minutes for server, got drink orders and arrived in timely manner. From here it went down the drain. Sweetener for the iced tea was extremely rationed. Order for food was given and it tricked out. Server missing drinks empty watched other servers go buy numerous times and ours nowhere to be found. Food finally delivered to table only to find condiments extremely rationed. Not enough cocktail sauce or ketchup. Server promised to bring fresh drinks right away. Fifteen minutes later she showed up with them. Had to finish meal with no drink or enough condiments. When you ration condiments you are showing you are cheating out the customer experience. If you go there make sure you don’t have Julia G as a server because you will never see her to get anything else. Chains that ration condiments are already in trouble and this won’t help. I don’t feel that I received the experience I paid nearly $60 for, I’d pass on this location.

First off, we didn’t have to wait at all to be seated. The hostess greeted us with a smile and got us a table right away with no waiting. My husband and I both had the steak and lobster combo dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Our steaks were cooked just the way we like them. Our server, whose name was Nick, was fantastic. The service was great and he went above and beyond for us. All in all we had a wonderful dinner and we’ll definitely be back again.

Worst experience ever with red lobster. The niles store unfortunately has declined and the food is dry and terrible. Gave them another try yesterday for my birthday dinner and they forgot half of a meal and the seafood in the boil looked like it had been chewed on already. The shrimp bowl was supposed to come with lettuce, queso, tortilla straps, etc. Was so dry and no flavor.

Julie was an excellent server. She asked us for refills and dessert. I needed a to go bag for the rest of my dinner. She brought the container and bag for the biscuits and a bag to put it all in. She was very attentive to our needs. A wonderful dinner experience. Will definitely come back and ask for Julie.

He is down and depressed and his family has turned their back on him so I thought it would be appropriate just to get a late lunch and just tell him thank you for your service and they provided extra extraordinary service even gave him a birthday card which he liked very much

The experience at this Red Lobster in Niles Ohio was very good. Portions were good size, service was also good. Food was done correctly and delicious. We had gone to another Red Lobster and were ready to stop going but decided to try this one. The server was kind and the manager was very good. Our date there was 1/23/2026. We will be going back to this restaurant in the future.

Our waitress was destiny she was very polite friendly had a great personality she reminded me of my daughter-in-law and we will request her every time we come in. She came back and forth to make sure we were okay if we were happy with our food and if we needed anything else and I appreciate it that. And we gave her a nice tip because she deserved it.

Stopped today for lunch. Absolutely terrible. Ordered steak and lobster, other party order steak and potatoes with crab legs. Brought meal out no crab legs, no lobster, finally brought crab legs out. The one steak was not what we ordered, had to have replaced waited entire time, still didn’t bring out. Finally told them to forget it. Other steak was terrible. Just overall a terrible meal, terrible service. Will NEVER go back to this RL ever again. Shouldn’t even have had to pay for the actual meal itself.It was so bad.
