The food was good but I gotta admit that the Urbana Frederick location has way better service… We were there for an early dinner on November 15th, made reservations for a party of 7, when we got there the girl in the front or hostess had a weird attitude, we asked for one of the round booths to accommodate our group size but she said it wasn’t available even though we could see an empty and clean booth ready to go… She ended up putting us at a small table in the middle of the restaurant… Few minutes later she let two guys sit alone in the big booth we requested, they had no family or other members join them… Also, the service was mind numbingly slow with multiple requests neglected, gotten wrong on forgotten.

I typically come here every once in a while and really do enjoy the food here. The drinks that I’ve gotten so far were delicious as well. There’s been a few times where the service was a bit slow, but other than that everything is truly great! Highly recommend.

No matter which BJ’s Brewhouse I visit, the experience is always top-notch. The food is consistently delicious — every dish tastes fresh and full of flavor. The service is excellent, with staff who are always friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The beer is cold and perfectly brewed, with a great variety to choose from. We came in to celebrate my husband’s birthday and everything was honestly perfect. The new pizza was phenomenal — way better than I expected and absolutely worth trying. Our waitress (Selines R)was amazing too. She was attentive without hovering, super friendly, and made the whole dinner feel easy and relaxed. Great food, great service, and a really nice atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

You can’t contact the restaurant through their website unless you kept the receipt and have the order number. The menu says the Santa Fe salad has avocado but there was no avocado in the salad last night.
2. The menu says the strawberry shortcake pizzoli has strawberry glaze and fresh strawberries. There were no fresh strawberries on the pizzoli. They should change the menu or provide these foods as described.

Our server was good. This review does not reflect his service. We first ordered the lemon pepper wings that came out hot but flavorless. The silverware that was at our table had food caked up on it so I asked for plastic ware from the bar. It was GROSS. It’s mind boggling how someone could continue to wrap that silverware after looking at it. I ordered the 12.99 burger special with unlimited fries and refused to ask for more fries due to the taste…….no flavor. My wife ordered the Mediterranean bowl which had too much oil inside the food. We been to the location in Laurel and never had any issues like this. We then ordered our pizookies to go and they took FOREVER. Maybe they were milking the cow for the fresh ice cream. Work definitely needs to be perfected in the kitchen area. It was not busy in my opinion but I don’t know their staffing issues. My server was nice and respectful and I did not stiff him on his tip due to other issues in the restaurant. He can’t control other people’s mistakes.

This was my first visit to BJ’s restaurant in Columbia. I was there for lunch. This menu offered a $13 lunch menu which had an item for anyone’s taste. I ordered the strawberry salad and it was delicious. To finish off the meal, asmall pizookie was included. Very satisfied. Our server Austin was also the bartender. He was personal, professional, and helpful in menu selections. In short, this is a keeper.

This place was alright. The food was not the best. Starting off, our appetizer was nearly 20 dollars and came with a huge bowl of warm guacamole like it has been microwaved. It didn’t have enough chips to compensate for the amount of guacamole given. It also didn’t taste like it had any kind of salt or seasoning at all. My boyfriends chicken alfredo was also flavorless. Had to put a ton of salt on it. I got the combo dinner with a sirloin and ribs. The ribs were a bit tough and the steak was cooked awful. I asked for medium rare and it came out well done. I also hate to say the wedge salad wasn’t much better. The ranch was watered down and the toppings on it were limited. The asparagus wasn’t trimmed right and I had to cut off the stems that were hard. I can tell you right now the check was over 100 dollars and I would never spend that kind of money on mediocre food. Our service was okay though. All in all, save your money and eat somewhere else because this place will break your wallet for bad food.

Felicia was amazing! Great sense of humor, knows her stuff. My preferred drink was out of stock, and she made a great alternative recommendation. Really accommodating and considerate for dietary restrictions, and strikes a nice balance between keeping it chill and locking down all of our requests with professionalism. And good food as always. Next time we come by, will certainly ask for her again.
