We were there for my aunts birthday & the waiter was nice until she disappeared & I think it was only because she thought we’d get on her about why we hadn’t gotten our food after waiting an hour before anyone came out to address us and that was only because my sister had to go to the kitchen door & ask if we were getting our food. The manager came out and talked to is so rudely. I think they have terrible service when they have specials going. We all left without eating.

My husband and I ordered the ultimate shrimp Friday, August 4 around 6:30. The table of 4 next to us had ordered it as well. When their first set of shrimp came out I heard one person ask if they should put their order in for their next shrimp because the first order took so long. Eventually they asked for their check. They had been there for 90 minutes and had only had their first order of shrimp. The waitress informed us that it might be awhile, she didn’t know what was going on in the kitchen. We had already waited 40 minutes and only had our appetizer and drinks. We got the check and left without ever having our food. The waitress did a good job of keeping us informed but I don’t know what the issue was in the kitchen.

My 1yr anniversary was amazing! I tried some new foods and a new to me drink, a triple berry sangria, and it was super delicious! I definitely recommend! We had all the food , drink , and great hospitality we could handle for under $70! Wow! I was especially thankful for our waitress! She was friendly,showed the perfect amount of attentiveness and knew her job well!✌️

I went Red Lobster to celebrate my wife’s birthday and ordered Ultimate Feast and Seafarer’s Feast..Both of them were awesome and delicious. I also liked their environment and hospitality. It would be perfect if the prices are a bit lower. But overall we enjoyed the time being there.

Staff very friendly. We went for lunch and Nicole was our server. She was very pleasant and attentive to service. We had great meals. I always enjoy the popcorn shrimp and my husband had Lobster Bisque with Cesar salad. The lunch meal was same price or cheaper than fast food with excellent service too!

Really liked the food and service. I had a coupon for a free appetizer if you order 2 entree’s. Also a free dessert coupon. The food took some time but was delicious. The server was really helpful in letting us decide what to order. Will go back for sure and I have downloaded the new app for their perks.

Seasoning is lacking. Crab was decent. Lobster dip is atrocious. Taste like canned brocolli soup. Waited an extra 20 minutes. Food was cold. Red wine order replaced with $6 bottle of barefoot. Cheesecake was excellent. Portions seem smaller than pics

ordered takeout and some idiot forgot to put a lid on garlic shrimp.. juice everywhere and they won’t refund my money…keep sending emails saying it will be refunded…so far 19 days a waiting
