I visited Red Lobster for the weekday lunch special, unlimited soup, salad, and bread. Our server was very prompt. I was particularly impressed that during our visit there was always food in front of us. We did not have to wait on a soup or cheddar bay biscuit refill. I enjoyed my visit.

I was very displeased with my food. My pasta was mushy and I couldn’t eat it, fried shrimp were salty, Brussel sprouts were horrible and biscuits were dry. I did curbside and the guy who brought my order out was very nice.

I want to start positive with the service was perfect everyone was friendly attentive and spot on , unfortunately the food looked amazing but tasted horrific like rubber, In this case I definitely don’t blame the chefs or staff that is a quality decision at the company level charging ridiculous prices for cheap food and not paying their employees enough for the hard work ..As always tip your servers well.

The service was horrible. Took almost 45 mins to get drinks and biscuits
First our waiter had to leave because of a family emergency- understandable- however she was still there until we left attempting to serve us but no food was being cooked.
The manager stated they were understaffed even though they had 3 cooks. Apparently still taking online orders but not caught up in the restaurant itself. This was even more frustrating considering we had RESERVATIONS for my Grandmothers birthday. The manager at one point got smart with her and asked if she had ever worked in a kitchen before, regardless: you all were lacking communication and proper control!
After the manager said shed discount our meal we waited another hour and a half with no food. To then have the waiter come back out and ask if we were willing to dining in because it “looked like we were leaving” ( mind you we were sitting for 3 hours at this point , using the bathroom and getting uncomfortable & cold from sitting under the vents! Why is air even on and its currently snowing????!)

I smell like fish and didn’t even get to eat any. After a while we decided to leave because it felt like they wanted us to. Especially with a big party, im sure they didnt want to have to discount all of our meals. But it was completely unprofessional how they handled us and still trying to seat other people when they are clearly behind. & for the record most people have worked in kitchens including myself. But the fact that we were very understanding- even tipped the waiter we assumed was leaving before service was completed!- and yet they no sense of urgency was given to us after so much time. At that point was completely disrespectful.

My food was delicious, fresh and hot. My boyfriend didn’t care for his steak. He asked for medium well (little pink) and got rare. He still ate it tho lol. Service was excellent Karisha was our server, very friendly and attentive. Gave honest suggestions and made sure we had an overall pleasant dining experience. Table, booth seating and surrounding floor area was a bit dirty tho. Looks like everything from the previous guests was just wiped off and left where ever it fell. Not bad enough to ruin the experience but enough to note.

The Lobster and shrimp Linguine was very delicious I also ordered loaded lobster bake potato. For a party of seven , we waited an hour to be seated. We were told , waiting for another staff member to show for work. Our waitress Hannah was very nice , I would suggest for to speak little louder so everyone can hear her. She spoke very softly.

Had reservations for a party of 15 at 7pm for my mother in laws birthday dinner tonight. Our party was seated and we sat for over 45 minutes without a waiter that acknowledged us.We did not receive our drinks until after the 1hr mark and we had to ask several different staff for the first round of biscuts for our table which we finally received at the 1.5hr mark. We ordered our food and it never came after 2.5 hrs the manager Sam was very rude and disrespectful to my mother in law and refused to come back to our table. She sent the waitress out to ask us if we had planned on leaving while we sat and thought our food was being prepared. This whole experience was unnecessary and a complete waste of our time. Sam is a terrible manager instead of blaming our waitress for her shortcomings she should have offered to help her or had other staff help her.

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in decades! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Karissa paid attention to all of the details on how we wanted our food cooked. She checked on us frequently to make sure we were good. I couldn’t ask for a better waitress!
