Our server was great but this review is mostly about the manager. I have celiac disease and I wasn’t aware that although the chips are gf they’re fried with everything else. The manager walked over and brought this to my attention promptly. Also I wasn’t aware that the hard corn shell tacos had the same result so they made me a whole new plate.
The manager by the name of “Gaba” was professional, understanding, and educated on gluten but more specifically celiac disease.

The last Chevys in the Northbay, I often travel to this location on the train just to come to Chevys. I recently brought my friend and we had amazing service. Our waiter Juan was outstanding and provided great service and was very friendly. The food was amazing I love the fajita nachos and the happy hour menu options and drinks.

We had such a nice dinner tonight at Chevy’s Fresh Mex in Santa Rosa, and a big part of that was our server, Molly. She was genuinely welcoming from the start, checked on us at just the right moments, and handled a couple special requests with total ease. Our drinks never went empty and everything came out smoothly — and her tableside guacamole was excellent. What stood out most was how kind and personable she was; she made us feel comfortable and well taken care of the whole evening. Thank you, Molly, you really made our night.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience here, all thanks to our incredible server, Molly! We’re big fans of Chevys, and we traveled all the way from Monterey, California, to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. We always know that we’ll receive excellent customer service when we visit this restaurant, but Molly truly elevated our experience to new heights! She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of our visit was taken care of. We will definitely be continuing to come back!

Chevy’s in Santa Rosa is absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, making every bite a delight. Our waitress Molly was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service!

My Server Armando Is absolutely a fantastic server. Armando is Kind, Sweet and so thoughtful. Armando is such a hard worker. He does an amazing job at greeting you at the door, Remembering your order and remembering it when you come back days later. He is so good asking how you’re doing. Armando deserves a RAISE. I love seeing him when I come by. 5 Stars for his work.

Had a wonderful meal at Chevys! We don’t have one in Monterey County anymore and we were so excited to be able to come!
The tortillas were amazing, the chips, salsa, the flautas, the fajitas, and the margaritas! We had a wonderful meal! We had Betsy as our waitress she went above and beyond! She made a really good guacamole for us at the table and then was making our hot tortillas for us! Brought everything we needed and was so sweet to my parents that ask for extra things here and there 🙂 Rich the manager also was great He even did one of our margaritas! The ambience was great. It was a celebration for a birthday. They come out brought a hat. Made the birthday girl feel special. It was just a wonderful experience. I’m just sad: (they don’t have one close to us! But we need to make that trip and just come over here when we can get away because it was an epic trip!
