We went for lunch, I had the Surf, and Turf… lobster tail with the Filet Mignon, and a Strawberry Margarita.
The service was quick, the food was ok, I ordered my Filet mignon to be cooked med rare, but it was over cooked, no pink at all .
The Margarita was disappointing .
The music / radio was much to loud.

The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming (we sat in both by bar) food took a while to come out however the server was very attentive. The Cajun chicken Alfredo was terrible it was very watery with 0 flavor. The lobster pizza,scampi and walt’s shrimp were excellent. Haven’t visited any RL in years wasn’t bad.

I’m writing this review as an update to my previous review at another location (Parma, Ohio) where my experience was terrible there. However, I’ve ALWAYS had great service & food experiences here at North Olmsted for many years! I ordered the Mariner’s Seafood Boil and was OVERLY SATISFIED! My meal was delicious & correct & I had no issues with my order or the pickup! I would recommend North Olmsted location any day!

Haven’t been to Red Lobster in a while. Portion sizes have diminished. Taste has disappeared. They no longer put cheese in the biscuits and they were nasty. Ordered both types of lobster on the lobster fest menu. One was supposed to be sweet, it was not. The other was very chewy. The whole meal was not hot, and the portion size of the mash potatoes I got would not have been enough for a toddler to eat. Also, I don’t like the fact that a ceasar salad is now considered a “premium side.” That is ridiculous!
To spend $170.00 on a meal for 2 at Red Lobster is outrageous! This is before tip. I’m a very disappointed customer!

We had an awesome dinner experience this evening! Jaylah H. provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and brought drink refills before we even had to ask — she was on it! We came in for the seafood boils, which were delicious, and her fantastic service made the meal even better. Thank you, Jaylah! Highly recommend!!
