I placed an order to Red lobster in Maumee Ohio on Xmas day. It was very busy & no the order didn’t arrive at the expected time but I was ok with this because I understand they was busy & it was the holiday. The food arrived to my suite & EVERYTHING was on point. They made sure I had the butter, sauces,etc. The food was tasty (I’m very picky) My husband steak was cooked as expected & so was my salmon.. Nothing was burnt or too dry!! Maumee ohio Red lobster is the BEST!! I’ll recommend anyone to try this location. Be prepared if there’s a wait but do expect a well deserved meal on point!! 10 out of 10!! Called Red Lobster and asked to speak directly with my local location as opposed to ordering with a call center. Spoke to Andi who was friendly, patient, very professional and said she would be handling our order personally and would make sure the order would be correct. Andi did not disappoint. Our order was on time, hot and cooked to perfection! Our salad had more than 10 lettuce leaves and Red Lobster even gave me a birthday card!! Thanks Andi for the great service!

I had a great experience sitting at the bar at the Red Lobster in Maumee, Ohio thanks to Arianna. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She was attentive without hovering, kept my drinks refilled, and had great recommendations from the menu. Even while handling the bar, she never missed a beat and made sure everything was perfect. Her positive energy and genuine customer service really stood out and turned a simple bar visit into an enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back and hope to sit at the bar with Arianna again!

It was my grandson’s 6th birthday and he asked to go to Red Lobster . He loves seafood and his choice today was shrimp! The staff was friendly but our waitress Tracy was great! Not only did the birthday boy have ice cream with chocolate syrup but so did the other children in our party! Tracy was very attentive to our table! I would recommend Red Lobster and ask to be seated in Tracy’s section. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience at Red Lobster this past February 14,2026 was excellent. I was very happy to share the special time, evening with my husband. Andi was our waitress she did a fantastic job very polite and always making sure that we were ok. I love the service she provided us all the time. I ordered the jambalaya and I love spicy. Most restaurants put spicy on their menu but when I get it, there’s no heat. Red Lobster gives you a choice of regular, spicy or extra spicy. I decided to get spicy. Wow! The heat was a strong punch to my palette! So I will try regular next time. Lol…I enjoyed my more heat than expected meal!
