I will start by saying this, I came here or be a food critic. Certainly not the bang for the buck. We ordered cajun chicken alfredo, calamari, stuffed mushrooms, soup and salad. He had a Corona. I had a guava lime drink that was decent. I can say that you can certainly screw up calamari and they did not. The calamari was not overcooked it was nice and crispy. The best part of the whole experience. The linguine noodles on the Cajun chicken alfredo were certainly overdone, and the alfredo sauce in the mixture was curdy. When it comes to the stuffed mushrooms, I don’t believe that you can go wrong with mushrooms at all. But you get about five mushroom caps and it’s $12.99. so they ought to be pretty impressive. That’s almost $3 per mushroom cap. And for great stuffed mushrooms, it would be worth it. But the stuffing is sort of bready.. the salad was nice, very colorful, a sort of spring mix. I had clam chowder and it was also unimpressive. Even the cheddar bay biscuits at this location weren’t really hot and fresh. Service was very mediocre. The bill was $90 for two people without the generous tip I gave. I would not recommend. Maybe a different location would have a different experience. But I would not recommend this location.

I have been here several times. Today, the food is terrific as always, but I’d like to mention my server Majada in particular, because I think I got the best service I have ever had at a restaurant. First of all, she’s very attentive to details and makes things feel super comfortable to me. For example, when I asked for more strawberry syrup for my tea, she brought me a little container of syrup so I could decide how much I wanted to add; when she served my shrimps, she put the hot little plate in a slightly larger plate so I wouldn’t burn my fingers trying to move the plate; when I asked for a box, she brought me the exact size of box for the leftover I had, and she also gave me a plastic cup for my drink though I forgot to ask for it. Another feature of interest is her enthusiasm and hospitality when interacting with customers. She showed genuine interest in my food selection and dining experience, and she was really helpful when I hesitated and tried to decide which food to get. Also, I noticed that, on the receipt, she wrote “have a blessed day”. In sum, Majada is excellent, and I may have not been exhaustive about everything she did nicely today.

Had the shrimp fettuccine for lunch. Generous portion with abundant shrimp. Very good. Best part was I stupidly left my credit card on the table and didn’t discover it until the next day. A big THANK YOU to our server Courtney T for saving it for us and the management for keeping it secure! Always had a reason to recommend this restaurant for the food now a huge recommendation for their honesty. Well done!!!

The food was delicious as always & the cheddar bay biscuits are heavenly. BUT the most exceptional part was our server, Damiah. She was incredibly attentive, polite, kind and she went above & beyond to make sure we were pleased. I recommend requesting her as your server next time you go in!

While I was in Columbus from Youngstown for a meeting, my future National Sales Director and I decided to eat here for lunch. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and seated in DAMAIAH’s section. Holy moly was she a phenomenal server! From her friendly, helpful personality to her incredible work ethic (my water glass was never empty, the rolls were continuously refilled, she made my salad herself, etc.). The best part was she patient with my questions and never interrupted our conversation when she regularly checked on us. If you want too-quality service, sit in DAMAIAH’s section. Not only will you not be disappointed but you’ll be highly impressed!

We haven’t been to this location for a while because it wasn’t very good (food or service) the last time we visited. Gave it another try last night and wow what a difference! First, our waitress Hollie was just amazing! I can’t tell you the last time I received excellent service like that at a restaurant. The food was good but Hollie made for a great overall dinning experience. I have to give kudos to the Manager Rachel as well. The restaurant looked clean, everyone was so nice and it just seemed like it was very well run. I can’t put my finger on it but the overall ambiance of the place was great! Didn’t really expect that.

I have not been to Red Lobster in more than 20 years, but I went to relive the Cheddar bay biscuit experience. Majada was excellent on a slow Wednesday night. She brought great energy, hustled to get our orders in, drinks topped off. We even got a few more shrimp in the shrimp cocktail (no upcharge). And I was able to get a “custom” drink with Snoop and Dr. Dre’s gin as a dirty martini. Service was unexpectedly excellent and the biscuits came hot and tasty. We even got a fresh batch to-go! I will be back. I am not a chain person but I dig the service I got from Majada! And yes, the biscuits taste just as I remembered. In a world that is falling apart, that really is something. Find Majada at the Polaris location. She will take good care of you and your party.

My family had a great experience on our visit on Sunday. The food was delicious and fresh and Shane did an exceptional job waiting on us. Everything was delivered accurately and in a timely fashion and refills were delivered without needing to be asked for. Great food. Great service. 10/10 will recommend the Polaris location to others. Best experience at a Red Lobster in a good while!
