We hadn’t been to this or any other Red Lobster for several years. The quality and menu had just gone downhill. After reading articles of the new CEO’s changes, and seeing the positive reviews here, we decided to give it another try, and I’m glad we did. We went on a Sunday afternoon after church. The place was much cleaner than I remember, and not very busy (for their sakes, I hope that changes soon). The menu is larger than it used to be, and not everything is fried. Sorry for so few pictures, everything was great, and we were hungry so we dug right in. The coconut shrimp was great as an appetizer. My wife and I split an Admiral’s feast (plenty of food for 2 people), and I added a side of the crab mashed potatoes. Everything was done well and came out quickly. Our server was good as well. If you are craving seafood, I can attest that Reb Lobster is ‘back.’

We ask for Micheal every time we come in, he does a phenomenal job!! His service is through the roof and he makes sure to keep you happy without checking on you too much. I will always recommend him for the experience! His service on top of the food quality is why we’ve made red lobster our special occasion/holiday place oh and the sign out front isn’t on!! Figured I should mention that incase someone doesn’t know 🙂

Very good crab and sea food broil. We had a server named Micheal he was very kinda and considerate , it was my cousins 13th birthday he got to know him and his name . Very sweet man and he had our food out quick .

Although came when it was slow the food was good but our server Mike was great. Made it feel like seeing a ol’ friend you haven’t seen in years, when you don’t even know the guy. He did a very great job made sure everything was tended to while still getting us to laugh and enjoy our time here!

Had the BEST server today!
Kassie was incredibly kind, efficient, personable, and a blast.
Did not feel rushed or pressured whatsoever. Answered any questions, explained the new menu, and had a fun conversation.
Food was perfect. Got everything we needed and never had to wait. For sure will always request Kassi!!

The servers and everyone else we interacted with was super kind, accommodating, and helpful!! Kiersten was our server and she was fantastic. The food, however, was left lacking. My husband ordered the sesame-soy salmon bowl, and it was wonderful!! Exactly as the menu pictured, and everything was great. I ordered the lemon basil mahi, and it was less than desirable. The sauce was congealed and had lumps, and the cut of fish was ridiculously small. The sides were good, if not kind of cold. We waited nearly an hour for food after coming in during a clearly slow time, so no doubt it sat a little. Again, everyone we spoke with was wonderful- no blame on them. However, paying $26 for hardly any fish is insane.

Usually service is great and so is the food. However, I took my daughter out last night and it has gone down hill since the last time we came.
-there was food on the napkin our utensils were wrapped in. We had to ask for new ones.
-took a while before waitress came over. It seemed like she was the only on taking care of the whole restaurant. There for she was unable to check on us as often and made sure we had what we needed. When she was over there she was nice.
– we got our food and I ordered crab legs, they were so over cooked the meat was dry and sticking to the shell. And then I get to the bottom of the stack of crab legs and there are rubber bands around the last cluster and rubber bands on my plate. Waitress asked if I wanted her to cut it off for me. I told her no I was done at the point. My daughter got a steak and mashed potatoes and they were extremely discolored so we didn’t eat them.
-And now not even 24 hour later we are sick as a dog. Vomiting and diarrhea. I spent $110.28 total with time just to be sick.
Don’t think we will be coming back for a while. Its very disappointing bc this was my favorite place for date nights.

Myself, my father, brother, and nephew were out on our yearly boys Christmas shopping trip, and we always eat at Red Lobster. This time we had Michael as our server and he took the best care of us. We didn’t have to ask for anything! Refills and cheddar biscuits were done before we asked and our food came out within a great time. Michael treated us like kings and had us laughing and enjoying ourselves. Our experience and our server were top notch, just awesome!

We were greeted with friendly service shortly after stepping in. The restaurant smelled wonderful! Once seated our server took our drink order immediately and brought it with fresh warm garlic cheese rolls! We enjoyed how she checked on us at just the right times and had light friendly conversation.
We ordered the dinner date feast for two. Wow! Totally worth it. The 7oz sirloin steaks were cooked perfectly. The mouth watering lobster tail was melt in your mouth heavenly. The shrimp kabobs were almost to much but so good you couldn’t stop eating. I’m not normally a macaroni and cheese kind of person, however, this creamy cheese noodle contraption was topped with bacon, making it hard to resist! We also got to pick an extra side of our choice. I ordered a side salad with blue cheese. My husband picked mashed potatoes. Though the salad was extremely small it seemed to be just the right amount, as not to spoil my supper.
Overall, Red Lobster is extremely pricey. But if you’re looking for a romantic and delicious experience then I highly recommend this place! We will be back next year as we tend to visit once a year due to the pricey menu.
