The food was okay, their coconut shrimp was a bit salty and the lobster was a bit chewy. The cocktail drinks were good, though it took a while for them to serve it. Other than that, the staff are nice.

Food was good; however, on my to-go order, my food was not what I expected. Instead of a bed of rice, I only got a taste of rice. I called and made a complaint. The manager offered to remake the order. So, the food was a little more enjoyable the second time around. Overall, it was an ok experience.

I will never; ever be back. In fact if the whole city of Hattiesburg burned down and Red Lobster was the only resturant left I would go out of my way to go to another city or town to eat. My family took my nephew out to celebrate his 26th birthday. We had reservations for 6pm. We got there and seated. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. It took another 35 minutes to get our drinks, meanwhile we went through two rounds of biscuits BEFORE we got our drinks. While we were waiting for our drinks sever people around us walked out because of a lack of service. So we get our drinks finally and instead of taking our order the waitress left and came back probably 20 minutes later to take our order. We waited about an hour and 10 minutes to get our food. Everybody got their food but me. The waitress told me it would be 4 more minutes for my plate which was a chicken strip platter. I was fuming and almost at the point of seeing red. I was going to cancel my order but the waitress rushed off before I could get the words out and I tried to refrain to keep from making a fool out of myself. Almost 15 minutes later I got my food. I don’t use foul language much but I was highly pissed off. Everybody was done eating before I got my food. That was very embarrassing. I wound up getting a to go box because I was to mad to eat and didn’t want my family to wait for me to finish eating. After all we got there at 6pm and didn’t get our food until almost 8pm and it was slow not to mention all the folks walking out that got tired of waiting. It was all I could do to keep from losing it. To top things off the waitress didn’t bother to offer to comp my meal. I paid $20.55 for 4 chicken strips and a double fry(I didn’t even ask for a double fry.) In fact, to add injury to insult, my nephew ordered two Long Island Teas and was charged for two children’s waters. I will never ever be back that was beyond disgraceful!!! I have a half a mind to go to the bank and cancel the transaction where I paid.

This is a nice place if you adore Lobster dishes. It is the best sea food restaurant here in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
It is located in 4670 HARDY STREET, just beside the ARBOR SHOPPING CENTER. I personally taste their sea food variety. Food are fresh, delicious and tasty.
Prices are also reasonable compare to their quality of food.
It has a wide variety of choices but Specials are awesome. In the Lobster variety Lobster Lover’s Dream is my favorite one.

Celebrated our 21st Anniversary there tonight. Hubby had the Admirals Feast , l had the Steak & Lobster. It was all very very good. Jo was our servor , she was awesome. We were gifted with this beautiful tasty dessert!

For a Saturday night, there was only one cook. The service was very bad. You had to ask for refills on drinks. The cocktails were watered down. Meals came out one plate at a time and was missing did items. This was worse than that one time at Golden Coral in Flowood.

I’ve been to Red Lobster a ton of times in my life but the service and atmosphere of this one is the best! The food was great! I highly recommend trying the crispy Brussel sprouts! It was the highlight of my visit!

Went there sunday night for a big dinner with my girlfriend and it was fantastic! Our waitress was hanna I think, she was very kind and helpful! She had been having a bad day and because we were so nice she gave us our dessert we ordered free of charge! That was very very kind of her and at the end of the meal we tipped her 40$ and made sure to tell her what a great job she did and I also apologized on behalf of another customer that I knew from my work. He’s an angry person and took that out on her and she didnt deserve that. But overall a great experience!
