If the young lady would have come to the table more than she did, our experience would have been great. But we asked several times for refills of our drinks. We asked for more bread. Two of our plates were not prepared correctly and we had to asked a few times for her help. And the crazy thing was the restaurant was not full. The part she had, she only had two tables and we were the third family seated.

Order the shrimp scampi and it was delightful. Mandy was great very friendly and worked fast. She answered all questions and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Great customer service.

Mandy went above and beyond. She anticipated my needs such as tarter and cocktail sauce for my shrimp, “to go” packaging because I pigged out (Not ashamed to say). Everything looked so good and did not disappoint in flavor.

We arrived at Red Lobster at 5:20 pm. We were a party of 6 people. We had our order taken around 5:30. We ordered 3 appetizers waters and 2 drinks from the bar. We placed our entree order around 5:45. We were served waters and a basket of biscuits. We watched table after table receive their food and drinks. Around 6:15 we asked where our drinks from the bar were the waitress said they were coming. Mind you people that have came in after us are now receiving their orders and are eating their food. I got up to talk to the manager around 6:30 and miraculously we received our drinks from bar and finally got our appetizers. Still no entrees. We were told that there was a party of sixteen and they only had one cook. But our question to them was why was everyone around us still getting their entrees on time. Which they never answered. We are now at 7pm with no entrees and now another couple which was #6 that came in after us now has their entrees before us. So we asked them to cancel our orders and we paid for our anppetizers and drinks. The manager not once apologized she only had excuses
We should have left the first time we talked to the manager and after one of the customers next to us wished us luck because they have also had this problem at this establishment.

No hostess. Had to wait to be seated. Music and shouting from the kitchen. “We don’t have any biscuits cooked”. Asking for a fork for my salad, “I can give you a plastic one, we don’t have any real ones rolled”. Can you remove the loaded potato that was never served? “The manager took off the “‘loaded fee”’ bc we didn’t charge for just the potato”. Glasses never refilled. Table never checked on. Seven tables total in the restaurant. I’ve had better seafood from a microwave. How do you “run” a restaurant this poorly?!

What a wonderful at Red Lobster today! Jermiyyah did an absolute, wonderful job at taking care of our party of about 25! She was very attentive to all of our needs and made sure she kept us replenished with refreshments and took care of all of our concerns! Angelica was her partner and they were a dynamic duo! This was a special occasion for my group today and these ladies made sure that we had an awesome experience!
