While my sister and I were staying in Tennessee, a snowstorm had shut down several restaurants. I hadn’t eaten at Red Lobster in a long time, so we decided to go there. Because of the storm, there were only two employees running the entire restaurant. There was a wait to be seated, a delay in getting our food, and another wait when it was time to pay. But honestly, we didn’t mind given the circumstances. The restaurant didn’t have the heater running, so eating inside felt like we were dining outside in the snow. Despite that, the waiter was friendly and attentive, doing the best he could while juggling everything. I absolutely love Red Lobster’s biscuits. They were warm, buttery, filled with cheddar, and completely addictive. I ordered the Lobster Lover’s Duo, and everything was delicious. I was so full I didn’t even have room for dessert.

Our waitress made our day! She was so kind and wish I had taken her name to write this review! We had a wedding cake, and my dad and step mom officially got married that day, and it was the waitress who drove home the entire evening! She even took the cake to the fridge to not melt everywhere! I would love to thank her again, and she gave them a card that they are now hanging up on their wall since they’ve been home!

The atmosphere was nice and our server was very attentive. My companion ordered a Margarita and said it was great. We both ordered Alfredo pasta dishes. Mine was very salty and I couldn’t eat it. I included a photo of it. It was the Lobster & Shrimp Alfredo. My companion had the Shrimp Alfredo and said his was fine, but mine was terrible and very disappointing.

Destiny S was our waitress and she did an outstanding phenomenal job. Best tableside manners. I’ve seen from a waitress in a long time. Food was out perfect timing and hot and fresh never had to ask for anything. It was on top of everything and definitely will be back because of her thank you red lobster for such a wonderful night.

It was a slow Sunday night but still…. Our server was also the bartender and covering all the seats at the bar as well as a half dozen tables. Way too much for one person. Couldn’t get her attention for drink refills or anything else for that matter. Although she was very cheerful when we did get to talk to her.
Ordered the new smoked old fashioned. $16 for a glass that was basically nothing but the large ice cube. Maybe a 1/2 ounce pour. The whole drink was gone in four sips. Not swallows but sips. Ordered the bacon wrapped scallops which were so overdone they were like chewing a rubber ball. Only ate half of a single scallop. Waitress saw this and didn’t even ask if there was a problem. Husband had the ultimate feast which was fine but not $44 fine.
Joe’s Crab Shack is right across the street and effective immediately we are loyal to them and them alone here.
Do better Red Lobster. Not all of us are tourists who only visit once every couple of years and chalk the service and value up to a one off. We all deserve better

15 years Wedding Anniversary Dinner on a Tuesday night. Service was great. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu items and was even willing to let me swap my drink if I didn’t like it, but I enjoyed it. The fact that she was busy and still willing to accommodate my indecisiveness makes my heart happy.
The cheddar biscuits were great! My salmon and shrimp was amazing. I worried the Cajun would be too hot for me, it wasn’t bad. The potato and broccoli were just right, yum. The seafood hit the spot. Everything was amazing.
The restaurant was clean and calm. The music was nice. *We made a reservation online. I highly recommend this location.

Decided to stop in for dinner and try out their new menu. I got the shrimp seafood boil and crab loaded baked potato. The seafood boil was sooooo good! Came with 2 dozen shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage. I chose the garlic parm sauce. So so good!
My husband got the admirals feast. It’s always his go to. As usual he loved it.
I didn’t care for the loaded crab baked potato. But that is just me. I kinda ify about crab sometimes. But if you love crab you will definitely enjoy it.

The bartender was great! Excellent bloody Mary! Excellent margaritas. My partner got one of the seafood boils and it was amazing! Great new menu item! The fried seafood was average. The men’s room needed some attention – soap dispenser refilled, urinal did not seem to be working.

The food was great! I had the stuffed flounder, added some cheese to broccoli, and seasoned fries. The fries could have been a little crispier and more seasoned, but everything else was delicious. Service was great as well. My only complaint was that the first table they seated me at, was dirty. They let me switch tables, but I noticed another table that they were seating people at, was also dirty and they had to clean it. A word to the manager, make sure the tables are clean, before you seat the customers.
