Always a good time at Red Lobster! My father loved this place and we used to eat here all the time. We used to come here on my father’s birthday every year. The food is always amazing and the service is always perfect. Miss eating here with my dad and Red Lobster beings back memories of fun birthday dinners.

The Lobster brusque soup was delicious and right on time on that cold day. The Shrimp Alfredo pasta dish was a bit bland but I asked if the had any Cajun seasoning and she did bring back a house blend and parmesan cheese which made the dish tasteful. The Stuffed Mushrooms were awesome (a must try if you haven’t already) and the Biscuits are always my favorite. The Mango Mai Tai cocktail drink was on point and it was 2 for 1. Definitely has gotten better than what it was a few years ago. The only issue we had was all the workers making eye contact with us at the front door walking by but no one greeting anyone or acknowledging anyone with a wait time. Other than that, the service was good and the food was great. Manager was on the floor speaking and helping guests as well.

The food has really improved since we were, there a few months ago. The food was fresh and hot when it came to the table. The service was good and the facility was clean. The atmosphere is so nice and calming. We look forward to stopping in for dinner the next time we are over in the Hudson area.

Our waitress brought our appetizer out before she even brought plates or our drinks. No bread I had to ask another waitress. Shirley showed up to the table twice to see if we needed anything else. Started off menus were not the same. Different prices here and there. Was inform there are old menus mixed with new menus giving different prices. Next our food was over 35 minutes to our table. Was informed they are very understaffed. Once our meal arrived. We were informed that the chicken tenders are still frozen and would be another 7 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes 3 chicken tenders arrived raw to our table. Was then informed they were super under staffed and the kitchen is rushing Our waiter is amazing and keeps apologizing however it’s not his fault. If it wasn’t for the waiter being super tentative and compassionate we would have left.

This establishment was not busy what so ever in the afternoon which is to be expected. I ended up going with 2 people to get the endless shrimp special since I am a very hungry 6 foot 2 man. The shrimp was very good and I definitely ate enough to find myself full and to feel that it was worth the 20 bucks I spent. I was able to take home one 1 shrimp plate when I left which was a bummer. The staff was friendly and kept up with getting us drinks whenever they saw that we were approaching empty.
