We placed an order for pick up and as we got there we checked our bag and were missing our side of salsa. We ended up getting that but we never thought to check our food once we got back home i open my bowl just to see its missing salsa guac and lettuce which is so annoying because the place is almost closing so we dont have enough time to go back. This is the second time they do this. How are we getting charged for it but dont receive it. Employees need to do better.

Perfectly made food. I had the steak burrito no rice. It was delicious. The sauce was addictive. Spicy & tasty. My partner had a chicken protein salad. I felt sorry for him so I gave him some of my burrito. He ate the burrito and left his salad alone.

I ordered today online at 1:20 for my order to be ready by 1:30. I let employees know I had a mobile order when I arrived and they said it would be ready shortly. At 1:45 I asked whats going on since my order was supposed to be ready by 1:30. I watched the whole lunch rush go by until there was no one in line and somehow I still didnt have my order. Employees became rude and tried telling me my order was for a different name and I showed them my order summery with the correct name and address. They finally got my order to me at 1:55 and it was missing the sour cream. I asked them for it and the girl got sour cream all over the container and just handed it to me like that. This isnt the first time my mobile order has been neglected here and it is quite frustrating when I am a loyalty member and ordered it ahead of time. Do better Chipotle

This location is consistently a disappointment. I’ve given them a few chances now because I like chipotle but not only are the staff immature and the customer service is at a minimum, the quality of the food has gone down. Not only was my order not ready (online) there was 2 people in the whole dining area and workers were just standing around. Missing items from order, and it was not worth what I paid for. Giving this particular location zero stars.

Stopped in tonight (New Year’s Eve), and got a bowl and a burrito. The only reason I’m leaving this review is because of how wonderful Michael was. This location is so lucky to have him, he was friendly and cheerful and made the experience really stand out from just another quick bite to eat.

Had an amazing experience last night at this location around 5:30 pm ! Not only was the girl who started our order, who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of, super friendly and extremely helpful, the cashier Aaliyah was absolutely amazing and super personable. The food was extremely tasty as well, whatever y’all are paying them definitely isn’t enough.

I came in about 8pm 6 in line, the line was wiped down completely between orders. I told the associates “You guys keep a clean line I’m happy to eat here” not a bot just someone who is a shift lead at Dave’s hot chicken! You’re definitely servsafe certificated.

Don’t get it twisted, this is not the employees but the corporation: they don’t serve whole meals here anymore. Bowls and salads are only half-filled. This is from corporate. Consider that “cafeteria” businesses like Chipotle are failing and can no longer afford to practice business normally. The “salad” i got did not have any leafy greens, veggies, beans, or anything I asked for besides meat and rice. When I arrived to pick things up, it seemed as if they did not actually have much of these things in stock. Again, failing business model.

my bowl was made incorrectly. once brought apon the main manager she ignored my issue and told me “she can’t do nothing about it.” one employee (cook) took it upon himself to ask an employee to remake my order. very unprofessional w management.

I picked up an online order that was supposed to be a steak burrito bowl .
What I got was barely a bowl.
First, the protein was chicken, not steak. No cheese, tons of sour cream. Second, it was cold, seemed like it hadn’t been hot in the last 45 minutes. Not only that, but the amount of food that I got was ridiculously under portion. See attached photo. The small measly portion on the top is the amount of chicken in the whole bowl. Peep how much room there is between the 2 sides? Barely any food in this damn bowl.
