We hadn’t been to Red Lobster in quite some time, so we decided to give this location a try. The place looks inviting from the outside, but the atmosphere inside was far from welcoming.
We were seated in a booth and left waiting for quite a while before our server, Ms. Alex, finally came over. Unfortunately, she seemed uninterested and disengaged from the start. After taking our drink order, she disappeared for long stretches, and when she eventually returned to take our food order, that too took quite some time to arrive.
It’s worth noting there were maybe seven tables occupied in the entire restaurant, with three or four servers visible—so there was really no excuse for such poor service. On top of that, we didn’t even have any utensils when our food arrived and had to ask for them, which only added to the frustration.
The food quality was disappointing, and at no point did our server check in to see how we were doing. When we finished, I had to go find her just to get our bill.
Sadly, this visit confirmed that Red Lobster is no longer what it used to be. We won’t be returning to this location—or any other Red Lobster.

Waited an hour and a half for our food. After the food was brought to the table, I was told they were out of the crispy brussel sprouts that i had ordered as a side with my meal. Also, 2 sides were missing from my fiance’s meal and we informed them right away. The side of fries that was missing ended up coming out after everyone was done eating. Everyones food was warm, not hot except for the seafood boil. $47 for the seafood boil with the meat being 1 crab cluster and 1 lobster tail. We normally have a good experience here but not this dinner. My salmon was hard and crispy on the top. All of our food seemed like it was probably sitting under the heat lamps a while before coming out therefore was warm, not hot, & dried out. Apps were hot & good, we had calamari & dragon shrimp.

I came to celebrate my 30th birthday with my daughter. Our server was McKayla, and she was amazing—very friendly. From the moment we sat down, she took our orders and got our food quickly. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even offered suggestions. Her service was outstanding; not only was her personality delightful, but she was also very attentive. She made sure our table was clean and that we had everything we needed at all times. We didn’t have to look for her once. Thank you, McKayla, for the wonderful service.

Red Lobster has been my husbands and my favorite restaurant since we got married. We celebrate every wedding anniversary by eating dinner there. This was our 38th wedding anniversary and the restaurant didn’t disappoint. The food, service and atmosphere was perfect.
The only thing I have to say is the restaurant could use an update on the interior- alittle run down and outdated.

I ordered the shrimp skiers on a bed of rice with broccoli. I literally got maybe 2 tablespoons of rice. I did tell the waitress. She said the rice us more decorative than a serving. She offered to get me more rice for $4. This is terrible, no value for your dollars. The meal was ok but not anything you couldn’t get any where else. We are not going back. Even for the biscuits.

Decided to do Red Lobster for my 21st birthday this year & it did not disappoint! Our server (and bartender), Nicole gave us the best service we have ever had! She suggested a drink to celebrate (I can’t remember what it was called) but it was amazing! She was on top of everything between the delicious cheddar bay biscuits & that delectable chocolate wave! They even sang happy birthday to me & it made me feel extra special! the manager even came and checked on us to make sure everything was up to par. Such a great atmosphere & amazing people -we will definitely be back!

My husband, my baby and I went to eat here after a long time of not coming (fist time coming to a branch in Florida) and there wasn’t anybody as host we had to wait a while to be seated. The host seemed really lost. Then our server I cannot remember his name he was a short African American guy seemed very off putting I had to ask him to bring us biscuits. It took a while, after we ordered the seafood boil, almost half an hour went by and our food finally came, I asked ho not being plastic gloves ( I thought this was something we’d get for a boil without asking) anyway he left and didn’t come back for another 10-15 min I was so hungry I had to get up myself to go get them, he had just come out the kitchen and handed them to me I told him if we could also get some bibs ( I really should’ve thought of this but I assumed since he hasn’t offered or brought them in the first place maybe they weren’t available) I also had to ask for another refill of biscuits because he never offered or checked on us. Anywayyyyy the food was great, but not good enough for me to come back to this location ever again. This server really ruined our experience. We usually tip 20% percent for good service, but it wasnt that at all. I wouldn’t recommend coming here and I would suggest the people that work here if they don’t like it they should find a different type of work to do.

I recently dined at Red Lobster and had such a great experience thanks to our server, Enaya..She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Our drinks were always refilled quickly, and she checked on us at the perfect times.
We’ll definitely be coming back and hope to have her as our server again! Thank you Enaya!
