I love red lobster! I love this location the best though the service is quick, the staff is amazing! Zach is my favorite server! Very sweet and quick service always. Shrimp Rangoon’s are FIRE !!!!!! I love the drinks too, and desert is always on point!

The restaurant itself is not very clean , nor were the bathrooms, and it was noon. Wear and tear has really taken a toll on seats and rug. Good wasn’t bad compared to other red lobster.

Service is always good. I like that they have lunch specials because seafood can be expensive. I had the Crunch-Fried Flounder with cole slaw in it sandwich and ff. It was delicious with their tartar sauce.

Red Lobster is RAD! I met some friends here to feast on Flounder, Go figure… Not Lobster, although their huge lobster tank was full and to the left of the front door as we Exited Nice service and the place to get seafood Glad I went, not one complaint. Cool seaflags and photography decor! They need a couple of salads on the menu for me to give it that five star rating. Go eat Lobster or crab legs and be grateful.

Looks awesome when you walk in and then you don’t get served for 20 minutes. Our waitress avoided us and 3 other tables and literally walked all the way around the restaurant to avoid contact with all of us by going in and out of the kitchen from the 2 sets of doors. Then when we finally get served we get told an excuse that there understaffed (for the amount of people that were in there when were in there were so many employees all focused on the big tables that had more people) but i see the manager i think chad or something laughing and giggling while his employees are out there (i know i don’t see what goes on in the backround but still perception is everything and it looked bad if your team needs help step up). Then we got the food either the message wasn’t relayed on what we ordered or the kitchen didn’t care its rare that i would take my time to bash on a restaurant or a person but the whole experience was the worst the food was gross, the service was bad and the best part of this was the older gentleman in the front he was great and then after he seated us it all went horrible. We finally left almost 2 hours later. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again!

Hands down the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in a restaurant. To start off with, our server Sophia, took about 20 minutes to bring us drinks. At this point we should’ve left but we brushed it off and hoped for quicker service. We ordered our food and an hour later it still was not out. So we went ahead and looked at our check that is shown on the kiosk that is on every table. We had a suspicion that she never put our food in. We were right. We hunted her down and asked her to check on the food. She came back and told us that she didn’t know what was taking so long. If she had admitted to us that she made an honest mistake then we wouldn’t have been upset, but she lied and blamed her mistake on the kitchen. I am a server so would’ve completely understood if she had been honest. There were two other tables around us that had gotten there at least 30 minutes after us and had gotten their food and finished eating by the time we got ours. Also when we finally received our food, we had no utensils and asked her multiple times for a set before just getting up and finding some ourselves. No refills on empty drinks either even after asking. The server was apparently acting as the bartender as well but that does not make up for the extremely lacking customer service. If you are not able to juggle both then she should not have been doing both. Plus, the restaurant was dead so no reason for this horrible service to begin with. We were going to ask for the manager but at that point we just wanted to pay and leave because we had been there for a little over 2 hours.

Except food is delicious, there is no reason to come here. You wait at the enterance for a long time. You cannot find your waiter to order or pay for at least 15 minutes. They do no have coleslaw for second time. They bring me plastic fork and knife due to they do not have silver one for now. Service is so slow.

I came here with my family tonight and it was the absolute worst service i have ever received from a server. Landy left plates on the table, to the point we had no space for elbow room or our dessert to be set down. I asked him as well as one other worker to clear the table and it did not happen. We received our first drinks and finished them before dinner was served. We never got refills, even when i asked him for them. It was ignored. We asked for 1 to go drink and box. No box but 2 drinks. The only thing he did quickly was bring the bill. Terrible experience.

Worst experience ever red lobster on Palm Beach lakes use to be good. The service has went down terrible there. You don’t even get acknowledged when you walk in the door sat there for a good 10 to 15 minutes. No one ever come over to get our drink order. Nothing, so we ended up leaving and they were not busy at all.

Our server Andre was excellent and very attentive. He made sure all of our needs were met and good came out just in time. The manager Debbie was very sweet and made sure we were seated in a timely manner. I love this place and enjoyed the endless shrimp special.
