It has been 10 years since I have been to a Red Lobster. I enjoyed my meal here. The coconut shrimp was great. The cheddar biscuits are excellent, just as I remember them. Great friendly service. Plenty of lobster and shrimp choices.

We had the most wonderful experience tonight! We were greeted when we arrived and seated immediately. Our waitress, Chasidy, came out within 1 minute of us being seated and took our drink order. She a a delightful person with a great smile! She was very knowledgeable on the menu and helped us make our choices. She checked on us many times and refilled our drinks without us asking… she was on point at taking care of us!!
Our meal was a great way to end our day!!

We were here 11/13 and what a horrible visit. The restaurant was empty and I can totally see why. Zoey our server was rude and indifferent. Seemed like we were bothering her our whole visit. I ordered a “Plain Iced tea” she brought me a glass of something with no ice. When I asked for one with ice she stated, you said plain! She then came back with sweet tea. When I told her it still wasn’t right she argued with me saying it wasn’t sweet tea! When our food finally came out the steaks had a funny taste to them. We paid 3.79 for a drink I never drank and 44.98 for a filet we barely touched and 35.99 for a sirloin with one bite out of it. Luckily we had lobster tails and a salad which were okay. No one ever even asked how our meal was. I’m assuming this happens often considering the complete indifference shown by Zoey E our server. She never even offered to refund the drink I never drank let alone the steaks we never ate. I literally saved this receipt with notes for two months until I had time to compose this report. I am done with Red Lobster.
UPDATE: Red lobster corporate reached out and sent me a gift card for my total dinner, which was more than fair.

First time being in Tifton GA, first time trying red lobster. I normally dont have high hopes for places like this, they always mess something up. But our waitress, Chasidy, is by far the best person I ever seen in the food business! Shes really sweet and was on top of everything. She recommended drinks and even food. She made this experience a million times better, the food was just amazing. The drinks she brought were amazing, she refilled everything and answered all my silly questions. This is the best restaurant experience I’ve had since I been in Tifton! The bathrooms were super clean, there was no trash or paper towels in the floor! Everything was a 10/10!

Chasidy was an extremely attentive awesome server. She’s very informative, effective, clean, and professional. I had an hour lunch break and she made sure my food was out in time enough for me to get back to work on time ‼️ She also made sure that our for was fresh and hot! You all definitely have a jewel on your hands. She’s a great face for the company. She deserves a raise and or promotion. It’s rare these days finding employees like her. She’s passionate about what she does.

This dining experience was perfect from the moment we walked in the door! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! The food was great! I haven’t been here in years and the biscuits were even better than I’d remembered! The baked potato was perfect and the shrimp and lobster were very flavorful!!

I love Red Lobster, but the service here was awful! There was no one up front when I walked in, and 4 people were already waiting. When we (my hubby and I) finally got seated, it was about 10 more minutes before we got a server. Everything was slow…getting biscuits, getting our drinks from the bar, getting our salads. Just so disappointing…

we visited the red lobster in Tifton to grab a quick bite to eat on 2/11 we were traveling to Florida what we thought would be a bad visit turned out to be wonderful. the restaurant was pretty busy our server Aliyah did wonderful and she was very nice. the manager zi was very attentive and making sure we had everything we needed for a good visit. We will definitely be stopping back at this location on our way back!!
