The customer service was exceptional, as our server demonstrated expertise in the menu, warmth, and attentiveness by checking on us promptly after serving our food. Red Lobster would benefit from having more servers of her caliber. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to strengthen the coffee, as it was notably weak; aside from this minor issue, the overall experience was outstanding!

This was a nice lunch dine in experience. We had gift cards and we decided to drop in for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Service could’ve been better, I personally don’t like asking for things more than once. Servers should be all of attentive and organized. Despite the challenges with keeping up with a workload, being well observant is a must when serving customers. It wasn’t busy so no excuses there! Other than that the food was fresh we didn’t wait long before biscuits and drinks came out. 9/10 experience!

Okay late night dinner at Red Lobster and the food was delicious and perfectly prepared just as requested!
The best part was the service from the entire staff who made it their priority to ensure my meal, my experience was a memorable one!
My server (Jamal) was outstanding and did not skip a beat on my many request! The busman (TreyShaun) stopped by my table several times to see if there was anything additional that I needed.
Both Culinary Managers (Alex) & (Nikki) checked in with me personally about my dinner, now that’s top notch!

I was thoroughly disappointed last night as I visited this establishment expecting a great dinner with my husband in a clean environment. To begin, I observed that most staff members were not wearing hair nets, and several individuals touched their hair before handling food. One female staff member had her hair loose while carrying food and proceeded to touch the food. The same individual then prepared a salad, dropped some on the counter, picked it up, and placed it in the bowl intended for a customer. I experienced a wait time of over one and a half hours for my food. The kitchen area appeared to be disorganized, and the lack of cleanliness was evident. The manager was not present. I will not return to this establishment, as customers are paying for seafood in a restaurant that lacks cleanliness
and proper food handling practices.

Shout out to Tish! She was a phenomenal server and great bartender! My drinks were “chef’s kiss”! I haven’t eaten at red lobster for years and was honestly surprised at how good my food tasted! We had a party of 5 and she was patient and attentive! Our food and drinks came promptly. She was also very friendly!

Literally the last time I will ever go to any red lobster ever again. There was hair in my food , the manager or our server didn’t even bother to apologize for the kitchen staff’s behalf or just a regular human decency apology not to mention I’m pregnant and was really craving a good good seafood pasta. Finally got it and couldn’t even eat it. Got it remade and got it Togo all to come back home and still see hair in my food . Horrible .

Food was luke warm at best. Butter was unmelted. Steak was overcooked. Broccoli was undercooked. Food is overpriced for what you get. Waste of $50. Server was nice though.
