Just wanted to give a shout out to the Newnan GA Red Lobster and Cynthia our waitress. On one of the coldest nights in Georgia me, my wife, and daughter decided to go to Red Lobster for the Lobsterfest going on and man am I glad we did. When we walked in we we’re immediately greeted and showed to our table and Cynthia quickly arrived and began waiting on us. She was very friendly and answered any questions we had. With order in we enjoyed a few drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere even though the restaurant was light with customers no fault of there’s just the 19 degree temperature outside. The food arrived and everything tasted amazing. Cynthia made sure we we’re taken care of throughout our meal and if we needed anything she quickly handled it. It has been a while since we had been to a red lobster due to a bad experience many years ago but I can say with absolute certainty we will be back soon. I was so impressed I even called for the manager just to express how well we enjoyed our evening. If you are looking for good food and a great atmosphere you can’t go wrong here. Thank you again red lobster.

We always enjoy Red Lobster, but yesterday was exceptional. So good in fact that I asked our server who the chef’s name was, and she said it was Robert. Well, Robert, let me just tell you that that was the first time I’ve ever had crab legs in Georgia that cracked open right!!! it was a wonderful time and my baby finally got to have some crab that he’s been craving since before Christmas. The hostess Wanda was very friendly as well. It was an exceptional experience, the presentation and portion sizes were great as well for the price, and our server was a sweetheart, efficient, and very helpful (I forget her name because I was hungry when she told it to me lol). Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful memory-making food experience, and we thank you Red Lobster!!

We had a great time at the Newnan location. Our server Jaylin was absolutely phenomenal. We kater found out she was new, but we couldn’t tell because she was attentive and knowledgeable. The GM, Cindy, checked on customers and was absolutely amazing. The menu items were great and my favorite was the Margarita Flight. As someone who grew up on RL, the changes under the current CEO is superb.

We really enjoyed our experience! We made reservations and waited just a few minutes for our table. Our server, Hannah, was amazing—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone at our table loved their meal. The drinks were fantastic as well! We will definitely be back.

Horrible server Savanah was loud and confrontational when I asked for the manager because her service was BAD! Took 35 minutes to get biscuits and my steak was under cooked and served on a dirty plate

This Red Lobster was next door to our hotel so we stopped in. We were very satisfied and are so glad we did. The atmosphere is friendly with comfortable seating. The food that we had was good especially the complementary biscuits. The staff is friendly and our server was very good and quiet attentive.

Jamien was awesome. The food was great, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Compliments to the chef. The manager came over to check on us and really made my birthday meal a great experience. Would definitely come back!
