Tasha J. Was amazing! It felt like she was the only one we saw working. After we got seated, no one else came around. Tasha took really good care of us, while also handling every table In our section. We didn’t see any others serving at tables, this woman deserves a raise!!! Great service from her!! I dined at Red Lobster last night and had a very mixed experience.
First, I want to sincerely compliment our server, Tasha. She was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Even when things seemed busy, she made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on our food promptly, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Tasha truly made the evening enjoyable, and her customer service skills are top-notch. She deserves recognition for the way she treats guests.
Unfortunately, our interaction with the manager, Steve, was disappointing. When an issue came up with our order, he was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in listening or resolving the concern in a respectful way. Rather than taking ownership of the situation, his attitude made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience. Like he was placing blame on the server for his bad skill set as a manager. Good management sets the tone for the restaurant, and this interaction left a negative impression.
Because of Tasha, we were able to leave on a better note—but management’s response definitely affected our overall experience. I hope the restaurant recognizes outstanding employees like Tasha and works on improving how management handles customer concerns in the future.

We had the best experience with Ladeja Pough as our server! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and instantly made us feel welcome. She provided us with stellar service and it was wonderful having such a great, relaxing meal while feeling right at home. When you come in, ask for Ladeja for the best experience!

Jenna did a fabulous job tonight serving us. The entire place was almost full and yet she still gave us absolute amazing service! We never had an empty drink cup. I was very please to see you all brought back the shrimp your way we love this combo. Our food was prepared just right as well. Overall 10/10

My mother and I had dinner here Tuesday evening. We haven’t ate here in quite a few months (a few times in the last 2 years that we have been in there the food or service has not been so good at least not coming from our opinions and we’ve ate here for decades especially with it being one of the only seafood restaurants in town) . My mother ordered the ultimate feast meal and I had the duo lobster meal. The food was better than the last time we ate here. We had a wonderful server by the name of Jenna. She was very polite, attentive and my mother and I liked the fact that she actually was able to answer the questions my mother had to help her make her selection as to what she wanted. We will definitely start back coming again regularly. We will also be requesting Ms. Jenna be our server.

We took our daughter to eat for her birthday Tuesday the 3rd. Lie what happened? Brittany is no longer there and it’s obvious! The place had no organization. Our waitress was sweet enough. Our food was literally mediocre. 3 got the Tuesday special crab legs and they didn’t even bring the openers. They don’t have them anymore ‍♀️ my husband’s crab legs half didn’t have meat in them, they were empty. My Alfredo tasted bland. Not even Cajun at all! And the mozzarella sticks had a cinnamon taste.
Bring back the red lobster we love. Not this mess! Even had someone go bonkers in the back and the fire truck was called. Craziness!!

Jenna was an excellent waitress!! It was my husband’s 70th birthday and we had invited two couples!! Our food was served with kindness!! We would definitely recommend Red lobster and Jenna as waitress!! We had a wonderful time!!!
