Today I called ahead and made order for pick-up and was given an exact time for it to be ready. We ordered Admiral’s Feast with special instructions for different sauces and extras . I ordered New York Strip and Shrimp on the Side . The Steak was WONDERFUL! COOKED MEDIUM , It was one of the Best Steaks I’ve had in a LONG TIME , with requests for extra sauces as well. Also ordered 2 Different Apitizers and an Extra order of Cheddar Bay Biscuits. For Dessert we ordered Chocolate Wave . Everything was Ready Exactly when Promised. Everything was Absolutely Delicious ! Thanks for All the Hard Work ! And THANKS AGAIN !

Our server was Ladeja and she was wonderful! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. We didn’t have to wait on anything and whenever we would get ready to ask for something she would already be headed towards our table with what we needed. The food was also really good and it was served hot and fresh! The manager Brittany was also sweet as she came around to check on all of the everyone!

We had a large party (40+) and from the time we walked in the staff was VERY polite, courteous and professional. We had exceptional, prompt service. The while staff was very accommodating and the food was excellent! Toma, Ladeja and Brittany were incredible!!

Ladja is the kindness person you could have hired on your team. My family went for dinner on Saturday evening. As she always do she ask about the one who is missing from the table at the time. Well on Saturday evening I was one of one missing when she told I was surgery it tore up hers nerves to the point she had to reset herself. Well today was her day off Red Lobster she came for at the hospital to see me for herself. She brought me a card a balloon. She always go overboard for customers which is why we keep coming back time and time again!!!

It was 5 of us celebrating one BD, 4 order endless shrimp and I was one. 3 order 2nd rounds, I wasn’t ready. Finally I ordered my 2nd of just scampi. I waited about 15min the waiter kept coming to the table getting our empty plates & each time “o u waiting on your scampi” until finally she brought them out in a 2go container. Mind u we ordered endless shrimp for $20. Oh did I mention we had to fight a fly the hold time & yes we told the waitress & nothing. B4 we left the fly flew in one of our glasses & died. We told the waitress & nothing again. This was so disappointing and disgusting. We still left a very good tip. Yes I see why restaurants closing….

We had a party of almost 50 and they went out of their way to make our birthday celebration a great one! Brittany, Ledeja and Tonna did an excellent job greeting us, seating us, taking our orders and making sure we all got our food in a timely manner! Everything was delicious! Luvanda was an AMAZING server. We went for my wife’s birthday. Actually had dinner mid day. The food was done to perfection. Was loosing faith in service going out to eat since Covid with staffing issues employers have had. By far the best waitress we have had at any Red Lobster past or present Covid!!!
