I really can’t say anything good about the service – but the food has been reliably good. We ordered delivery via their website & had our order cancel. They emailed for feedback, which I provided, only to get a response email saying that our amex was declined & that’s why the order was canceled. If we’d received any message about it, we’d have corrected it. I called the person who sent me receipts & was told she had nothing to do with 3rd party delivery services. I ordered thru the company website, so that’s not even the issue.
Pro tip: when you ask for feedback from customers, it’s not an opportunity to tell them how they’re wrong. Duh.

I’m a Primanti’s fan. I always enjoy the food either eating in or taking out. The other day my boyfriend and I visited to place a takeout out order. There was a lady ahead of us who was completing her order and had an issue with the way the worker prepared the food. Another worker came to her coworkers defense. The customer became rude and loud about how long she had to wait. She refused to pay and continued arguing with the workers until she left in a huff. I told the worker how impressed I was with the way they handled the rude customer. Our food was made in a timely manner and was very good.

I walked in curious and left very satisfied! Industrial form and super laid back. The appetizers were phenomenal. This is definitely some of the best coleslaw that I’ve had. The sandwiches were very fresh and very tasteful. As a first time in the city, I definitely recommend this as a stop if it’s your first time too. You wouldn’t be disappointed! Shout out to Sara she’s super helpful and made us feel extremely welcomed!

The same group of girls is always working the bar and the kitchen and they always do a great job. Sometimes this location is super busy and other times it’s completely dead. If it’s super busy and there’s only one person in the dining room you might wait a little longer for food and drinks but they still take care of you.

Whoever was cooking in the back area, had zero interest in cooking, and obviously only cared about talking to her coworker. The person taking our order was professional and apologized for the wait. 45 mins to sit, and order before food showed up. Food was good though.

Huge shoutout to Mikey! You are top notch and demonstrated what one should expect from exemplary customer service! Mikey was our waiter, chef and checked us out. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to stop by to check out this “almost famous” Pittsburgh eatery and so glad we did! Didn’t love the fries at all but my chicken Cajun sandwich was pretty tasty. Also felt super odd when our party 6 walked in….no one greeted us or gave instructions (we figured it out)….another party so us the same thing happened to them.

Kitchen was very slow unfortunately. Prices are cheap as always, food was pretty good too. This location is a bit boisterous, more so than Oakland or downtown PGH. Decent enough atmosphere for a few drinks and their happy hour specials are well worth it.

Gotta be the worst location in the franchise. We brought people that were visiting for the first time and kept apologizing for the awful service. The atmosphere sucked because of it. We tried to order an appetizer, they were all out of the main component. We asked for lemon for our waters, the server said she only had two pieces of lemon left… so we didn’t get them? The guy in the kitchen was nice and checked on us a few times but everyone else working there was miserable, rushing despite being almost empty, and had no good customer service tendencies to speak of. Our server stood at the table hovering for the check while our fingers were covered in wing sauce lol Embarrassing. Stick with the Strip or Market square.
