The food is good no problems there, but the service could be better. The waitress who gave my friend his order went back to the kitchen and they all decided to laugh at his name, where he could hear them. Not professional and very childish. If you can’t just give someone their food without being immature don’t work at a public place.

Brandon was such a great waiter. He helped us with our options on the current shrimp deal and kept us entertained while we waited for our food to arrive. We were made aware most people there were also there for the deal and he kept us hydrated and kept up with biscuit refills. The new flavors of shrimp are delicious and even the ogs were great. We were 3 happy adults and 3 happy children when we left. We will return to this location.

For the first time in a long time the food was delicious,fresh and hot brought to the table. Our server was a little slow, we had to wait for a bit to get things no silverware was brought to our table then when we got our food we ask for silverware, still took a BIT for her to bring it food was getting cold. Didn’t refill drinks often, other than the wait on everything the food was awesome Love the new all you can eat shrimp for $20 !!!! Hope to be able to go again soon ! I am retired so my budget is bills first!! Thanks for the great food

Arrived today, 7/24 about 2:30 pm. Everyone very polite. Waitress very friendly and fast. We both ordered unlimited shrimp. The basket of biscuits were best we’ve ever had, salads were fresh and plenty, when shrimp came out they were fabulous. Our waitress Shequetta was fantastic, will definitely ask for her on our next trip. Everyone and everything was perfect

Came there to eat tonight and noticed they were pretty short staff (just like every other place) but still continued to make our experience wonderful. Our server was Anthony. He was double sat and had a full section but always checked on us making sure everything was great for us. He was an amazing server. I was very impressed the chef, Joseph, he came out several times to check on everyone there making sure everything was fantastic with every guest there when I asked what his position was he was the chef. That really impressed me because I have worked in food industry for over 10 years and the kitchen staff never comes and checks on everyone but again they were short staffed today He saw I had my daughter with me and brought her out a hand made desert and was very very kind to her. I was very impressed and thankful for there wonderful service!

We haven’t had a dining experience like this in such a long time! What great hospitality my wife and I were shown at this Red Lobster. Thank you Joseph (Chef) and Abby (Waitress) for making it worthwhile! Finally a place with friendly smiles, great attitudes and of course awesome food! This was a great experience. Our waitress, Alexis, was wonderful and made the most delicious salads and took great care of us. The manager, Joseph, came around twice and we had a nice conversation with him. The restaurant was clean and the flounder was phenomenal.

I’m actually from Maine and never had eaten at this Restaurant. I get what its trying to do, but it misses the mark. The prices are New York Style and the seafood is nowhere near worth the price. The burger was plain, plain, plain even with condiments. Plus its clear it’s all about the extra dollar with the burger coming with no fries. Even the staple rolls are not as good as they are in the box at Wal-Mart. If you want seafood there are much better places in the area than this corporate thief trying to bypass as a Maine staple.
