5 star certified- Suzy the best person working here and I appreciate her as I came here to Kings after Perhaps 5 years- it’s EVEN better now. Trust.
To be fair I tipped the kinda rude homeboy at the bar +40% on top of the existing (REQUIRED gratuity) fyi I tip way more when gratuity isn’t forced.
The Hefeweizen so bad skip it.
Everything else over priced and only reason. I giving these folk a 5 star is because of her.

Good food and atmosphere though it’s not always easy to have a conversation because of the acoustics and music that plays at higher volume. The server had us provide our credit card to open up a tab even though we didn’t have any drinks. Kind of unusual!

Just had a Company Holiday party here last weekend and everything from the staff to the food and the decorations for the holidays was perfect! highly recommend Choosing Kings for parties! Christine was our coordinator and she was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went according to plan. The Bar staff was great! Servers were attentive and pleasant to have as well!

Came here for a work event, it was nice but the staff wasn’t super friendly which was fine for me but could be an issue for others. We bowled, laugh, ate apps, and had drinks. Overall it was a nice experience.

We had an amazing time here. The variety of games had our kids having a blast for hours. The service was fantastic! Tina was very polite and accommodating for our group. Gabby was our server and was on top of her game. The food was fresh and our drinks were always full. If you are looking for a great time with your family, go here!

Kings Bowling in Rosemont was the perfect spot to ring in the New Year. The atmosphere was lively, the staff was exceptional, and the service couldn’t have been better. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and clearly committed to making the night special. The variety of food at the venue was excellent and so was music.
A big shout‑out to Justin, the manager, who checked in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was going smoothly. That personal touch really elevated the whole experience.
Highly recommend Kings Bowling if you’re looking for a fun night out with excellent service and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

After a long day of meetings, my colleagues and I went to Kings in Rosemont and mostly had a great experience. The servers were fantastic—very personable, funny, and attentive. One server in particular was a young lady I had the pleasure to talk with for over 20 minutes! The food was excellent and constantly replenished by the servers so no one was left waiting. I recommend the taco bar as we all came back for second and thirds!
Unfortunately, the bar experience was disappointing. While waiting for our buses to go to our hotels we continued to play pool, a bartender seemed annoyed when we approached, and management appeared frustrated when we asked about playing an extra 15 minutes. We spent over $10k in the course of three hours, I feel an additional 10-20 minutes should be an appropriate request. One of the floor servers was very apologetic and kindly she grabbed me a glass of water as she observed my initial reaction at the bar, but the previous interaction still left a bad impression. We were all playing pool and the bar was right behind us. I don’t understand the frustration.
I’d return for the food and service, but the bar and management experience could be better. The music videos on the screens was a great. Wish I had ordered a White Russian, maybe next time!

Thank you, and the team for the amazing service. We have used a lot of venues for events, and hands down this was the least stressful experience. I have NEVER been able to sit at one of our events without nervously pacing near the food table. Not only were there options for every dietary need we had, but they were labeled so that they didn’t need to walk through the line to hear what was safe. On top of that, every staff member we encountered provided exceptional service.

We went to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time, our server was Ty. Ty was great with suggestions and checked on us frequently for anything we needed. We were fortunate to go on a day that Steely Dan was playing in the courtyard and fireworks that followed.
