This is a great location – they have the best lobster. The service from the hostess was great – my daughter loved petting a lobster. The waitress was super friendly; the only thing that could improve is taking the dirty dishes off your table when you’re done with a dish. Overall, great experience.

I frequented Red Lobster locations all across America and just recently started going to this Gastonia facility and has been great for me!
Im stuck on Friday special of fish and chips and is hard to resist the other great accompaniments … my favorites are coconut shrimp and clam chowder…
But don’t forget the biscuits!
They are just as good and hot and fresh as they ever were!
I joined their online app and was comped with a free dozen biscuits!
I got home with the biscuits and kind of placed them on my kitchen counter in an inconspicuous location and when I walked by and looked at that box and it didn’t seem to move so later I was counting on eating who knows how many and when my mouth was watering and I grabbed the box … well it was awfully light .. I opened the box and inside the box and instead of the twelve counted the night before… they only had left me one!
I warmed it up with residual heat in the tray of my air fryer and wowweee it was just gggrrreeeaaatttt!!!

Red lobster needs to Thank Chloe B if it weren’t for you would have a 1 star, she was a really good server. No that being said, the food was terrible, the crab and lobster was bland and no flavor, the shrimp was flavorless as well, overpriced cheap seafood , save your money and go to Long John Silver, the food here is terrible. Oohh forgot we got here and we had to wait 10 min before someone seated us and there was only 2 tables seated and we were the only ones waiting

We came in to eat dinner to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The food recommendations were spot on!! Everything our waitress recommended to us was amazing.
Our drinks were always full, she made sure we had nice warm fresh biscuits with a minimal wait. Her southern accent was the cutest and she was very friendly and kind.
This was our first time in years at Red Lobster and if it wasn’t for our server and the good food we wouldn’t come back.
Our servers name was Dana. She is the very best! We will be back to see her every time we come!

Our server was Crystal and she was phenomenal! She was so sweet, patient, and caring. She took our orders, consistently checked in on us, and made our experience great. The food was good, we all enjoyed what we selected!

Two days ago, I, along with my wife and four other family members, went to the Red Lobster restaurant in Gastonia, N.C., for lunch. Everyone in our group said their food was delicious. The service was excellent. The ambiance was great. We were all more than satisfied with our dining experience. Red Lobster is a great restaurant. We’ll be back.

We came in tonight for dinner as a large party and we had two really good servers. Dana and Emani. They were very attentive and kind. Our group was a little demanding and chaotic but these two held up their composure and kept smiling and taking great care of us.
