We had a great experience at the Red Lobster on Old Wake Forest Road. Although we dined during a rather busy time, we were greeted immediately upon entry by the host in a warm and welcoming manner and were seated shortly after. Our waiter, Larry, was awesome—absolutely awesome. He was friendly, attentive, and moved with urgency, but never in a way that made us feel rushed or overlooked. He checked on us frequently, and we never had to ask for anything or remind him of anything—no drink refills, fresh bread, or additional condiments; he was always on top of things, which we truly appreciated.
Our food was delicious and fresh as well. We tried the crab-topped stuffed mushrooms (not pictured), in addition to the regular stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer, and thoroughly enjoyed both. Our entrées were prepared exactly to our liking. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely be back!

The place was clean and the staff attentive. My mom and I got the surf and turf and it was amazing. The lobster was great and the sirloin cooked perfect like I wanted. Mashed potatoes were great and the broccoli the best I’ve had at a restaurant. Stop by and treat yourself!

My experience at this location of Red Lobster was nothing short of spectacular. Our waitress, Dari, was just phenomenal— dry humor and witty? Just my cup of tea. The food was great, puts a lot of seafood joints to shame. Price was worth it— no complaints here. This night was a great icebreaker to the holidays.

It’s very unfortunate this red lobster survived when the one in crossroads did not. We have come here several times over the past few months and seen a steady decline in service and food quality. Tonight was the last straw, I can understand you being understaffed but incompetence in training or management is not acceptable.
It took 35 minutes from the time we sat to get our drinks and apptizer. Then over 1.25 hours for food, which was undercooked crab legs and dried out (heat lamped) pasta. The restaurant was less than 25% full with each server only handling 3-4 tables.
Management seemed very disinterested and that other customers were a nuisance.
I will never wish anyone to lose their job. But with two very good seafood/lobster/crab restaurants within five miles of this place, I would not be surprised if this one closes in the next six months. The Red Lobster name has lost its value for quality and you can’t get that back.

We had such a fabulous server in CJ. He checked in the perfect number of times, kept drinks filled, and had such a great personality! The food was good and the atmosphere perfect for a family dinner.

We had a great experience at Red Lobster! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Larry, truly made the night exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, on top of everything, and made sure we never needed a thing. His service was outstanding from start to finish—hands down the best! The manager, Fernando was wonderful as well checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Larry as our server again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Red Lobster’s To Go service is an easy way for my family to experience the newbies; Lemon Basil Mahi, Mariners Boil, Bacon wrapped scallops, and classics, Admiral Feast and Walt’s shrimp! I always order my family’s meal via the Red Lobster app with a scheduled pickup (very convenient!) that’s ready when you arrive! I know things happen but my orders are always 100% accurate, down to the condiments and cutlery!! Yes, the cheddar bay biscuits are still on point. Love this location! Love the service! Love the deliciousness!! Shame on me not having more pics but every time I think of pics it’s after everyone’s food has been eaten. Next time.

My son and I went to Red Lobster and had a fabulous experience! Our waiter, Larry Heflin, was so kind, prompt and polite. And the food was delicious! It’s been a while that we have been to Red Lobster because the one near us closed, but it was definitely worth extra 10-minute drive! I enjoyed the fabulous cheddar biscuits and my salmon, which came with a ginger soy sauce that Larry recommended I try, was so good! Can’t wait to go back for more yums!!!
