I book the reservation for 8pm on 02/14/2026. Drive time was 1 half. Arrived at 7:55pm. I was informed there would be 1hr and 30min wait. Everyone waiting in the building was seated first even though we had reservations. 20 people were ahead keep in mind thats not possible. Because we were almost the last customers to leave the building. One lady explained she booked for 7:15pm waited 2hrs, and little did she know the only reason she got bumped up sooner than what she did was because I went in complained for the second time! The photos you see (to show how booked they were empty tables, but everytime i came back to check somone was magically ahead of us, keep in mind there wasnt a place to wait by the doors) (the cups they gave us in the beginning, no glasses no refills) The female waitress couldn’t even provide service or stay at our table long enough. We didn’t receive food or bread until 10:30pm from someone completely different. He was cool. He took time to notice i was frustrated. I had to run to the bathroom and that’s when I noticed everyone around us already had their food before we did. I booked the last time slot you could book 1 day before the actual date. The waitress informed me 8/8:30pm would be the last book time. So I paid almost 100$ to wait 3hrs to eat… and you knew you double booked for the night! But as long as you make your money! Very unprofessional!!

Ps. Yes I could have made other plans, due to the lack of calls that could have been made to people. Ahead of time, I could have made arrangements to stay home. We already made such a long drive!

The food was excellent, and service was even better. Kim as our server made the christmas day much better. Everyone got asked how was the food by the manager except us. It’s ok we know why… this location get a 3.5/5.

It is uncommon for me to share my experiences on public platforms, particularly regarding positive encounters; however, this instance warrants an exception. The culinary offerings were remarkably satisfying. The service was prompt, and the staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness. I anticipate returning to this establishment on my next visit to Bristol.

Our waiter was amazing 1st and foremost. We couldn’t asked for any better(male, spanish ethnicity) and i made sure to tip him well over 22% for that. But the hostesses(female,curly hair) almost ruined it for us. We went at 6:30 on a Saturday night and most of the tables were empty and we were told it would be a 20 min wait without any explanation. Ok, I get it, people call out and work ethics are just horrible these days. But when people would come in to eat and the host would tell them 20 mins, and they would choose to leave, the hosts would sarcastically make comments about making their day because now they will actually get out on time because they chose not to stay. And I don’t feel it was a good look for the restaurant in front of multiple other customers sitting and waiting. Also, where do they think the money comes from that pays their paychecks? Besides the initial encounter, the service was amazing, the food was delicious, and those alone made us want to come back sooner rather than later. The cheddar bay biscuits were fresh and heavenly. I had the jambalaya which I highly recommend, my husband had the fish and chips w/ a side of fried shrimp, and my 2 girls had the grilled shrimp with broccoli and fries. My daughter and husband both said that the broccoli was delicious and fresh. Also, my daughter’s friend’s ring slipped off her finger and our waiter ran us down to return it if it belonged to us, which it did and she hadn’t even noticed. He was truly amazing.

This Restaurant was very clean and the food was perfect and delicious. We went the day after the big ice storm so there was only one man there as a waiter. We were glad to find him there and the restaurant open. He gave us absolutely wonderful service and he was very busy the whole time. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this Red Lobster. Thank you to all the staff that braved the weather and made it in. We sincerely appreciate your devotion and hard work.

Waited 20 minutes although there were only 12 tables seated in the entire restaurant. It took close to an hour to get our food and the restaurant was practically empty and this was at 6:30pm. The food was dry. The pasta was runny. The biscuits were squished into balls. The server was polite and helpful.
