Food: The flavor of my boil bag was off but edible. I requested old bay seasoning; definitely didn’t taste like it at all. The rest of the table said their food was fine.
Service: My poor server had 3 or 4 tables and appeared to have to take care of the bar and to-go orders so service was extremely slow but she was great.
Atmosphere: Definitely could use a good deep clean of walls, pictures and light fixtures.

Absolutely AMAZING experience at this Red Lobster! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and top-tier service. The food was incredible—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Everything came out hot and right on time (and yes, the biscuits were on point!). Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made the experience feel special. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had such a great vibe. Ok so… sis… I see why this place is creeping toward dipping below 4 stars.
First let me start by saying it’s Red Lobster. You really think your food is going to come out quick, hot, fresh, and correct?? Every time???? I love a dreamer but no. That’s not the problem.
My issues started at the door. No one was there to seat people. The place was digging near empty child but tables FULL OF DIRTY DISHES. YUCK dude. Menus everywhere. If the service ain’t gone be A1 at least clean the place up.

Disorganized and lacking good management. Ordered two meals online and drove to the Rapid Red Curbside pickup spots as instructed. Waited 20 minutes. Nobody came out so we went in. Long wait inside and disorganized. 25 minutes late, we finally got our food. Got home to find that 2 of 4 sides were not packed and an add-on item was missing. Called the restaurant to complain and was not treated well. I had to wait on hold for the manager to review the camera footage? How can you distrust a honest customer. Yes they did not put our food in our bag. Instead of a refund she offered a 10$ gift card. No thank you. When you purchase a meal everything that is included in the meal needs to be there. Otherwise you did not get what you paid for. You refund the meal and do not argue with the customer especially after you confirmed that the staff failed to give us what we paid for. We recommend that you check your order, or just do not eat here.

A real blast from the past — I decided to check out Red Lobster after hearing about the revamp. Sadly, it was a disappointment. The restaurant felt gloomy, the bar was empty, and with only two other patrons, I made number three. My server had great customer service, but as the bartender, he missed the mark. I ordered a classic margarita — epic fail. Way too much Grand Marnier! Anyone who knows me knows I never leave a full margarita, but this time was the exception. The fish & chips were just okay, nothing special. The saving grace? Those cheddar biscuits — they’ll slap every single time!

From the moment I arrived, the server exuded professionalism, setting a positive tone for my dining experience. The food was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed my selection. However, one of the lobsters I received needed a bit of attention.
When I brought this to the attention of both the server (Michael) and the manager (Shy), I was pleasantly surprised by their swift response. They not only replaced the lobster but also ensured I received a new plate with everything I had ordered, minus the dish that had the issue. This thoughtful gesture, even though I didn’t require the extra, truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. Everything went downhill. The greeter made us wait because they couldn’t decide who would be working and where to put us . The place wasn’t busy at all. We came early, almost 5 pm since we didn’t have lunch. Our waiter was attentive and got our orders right. I had the lobster with parpadelle pasta. My hubby had the Crunchy Flounder. My pasta dish was just ok because it was swimming in cream sauce. Too soupy. My husband’s fish dish was OK but the worst part was the coleslaw because it wasn’t made with cabbage but lettuce? They could have just offered a side salad and came clean instead of serving that abomination. They used to have decent food back before Covid. Now it’s pedestrian and the establishment is mis managed. The cost of our meal didn’t justify the quality of food served. The cheddar bay biscuits was the only thing that tasted right. We are not coming back until quality of food and service comes back up. It almost feel like this place is going out of business.

This place was not busy at all and since in our hometown the Red Lobster closed we couldn’t wait to eat at one. It was quick to be seated. The guy asked what we wanted to drink they took a while. Our appetizer for probably 30 minutes he didn’t ask if we wanted more biscuits when he did come with our appetizer. My son and daughter were out of their drinks and they got a refill when we got our food a hour later! Well after our food was delivered it might have been 3 or 4 minutes after. The food was dry like it was under the light for a while. Very disappointing. Definitely won’t look for another red lobster when we travel again.

This was the worst dining experience ever. Nobody was working up front when we arrived at 7:30 and had to wait. Got seated and was brought the biscuit but not eating utensils. The air was on while it was 32 degrees outsides. Seafood boil was spicy and we asked for original so we sent it back. One seafood was correct, so that person was finished eating by the time we decided not to get the boil after waiting so long. The bathroom was nasty with toilet paper in one out three stalls. The trash was overflowing and paper towels all over the floor around the trash can. The restaurant was mostly empty with no more than 20 people total. Despite the horrible experience we did appreciate our waiter who did a great job to fix everything in his control. We still paid for our meal despite the waiter stating he would take it off and give the seafood bag anyway. We opted to pay and leave him a tip anyway based off the waiter customer service. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Red Lobster at all.
