Lida was amazing! She served myself and 2 daughters dinner tonight and I’ve never been happier. She was so sweet and attentive especially with a large group she was serving! She never missed a beat and I hope next time I dine it is with her! Give this lady a raise because she juggled 6 tables and did not disappoint my family! Great job Lida!!!!

I recently visited Red Lobster expecting a typical dining experience, but it turned out to be much more than that. Not only was the food excellent, but my server, Jacob, was outstanding. He was extremely polite, engaging, and attentive, I never once had to ask for a drink refill because he was always on top of it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this location to anyone in the Hagerstown area. Thank you Jacob!!

I really like the Hagerstown location. I don’t like the Winchester, VA location.
Beware that some locations have only lobster tails, not whole lobsters. The rest of this review, and the scores, are for Hagerstown.
Dining room was nice and quiet mid day on a non-holiday Saturday.
Fresh whole lobsters were all the minimal “medium” size of 1.23#, but it’s was nice and meaty with great flavor. They no longer cook them with stuffing as they used to do years back.
Menu has lots of great offerings, but in part because of current crab promotion. For some reason they have no meals with scallops, only two scallop add-ons. Personally I’m not a fan of their biscuits, but I understand that they are very popular.
Host, waiter, General Manager were cheerful, polite and attentive.

We usually stop in on Friday or Saturday to get the seafood boil which is always delicious. The last couple times we’ve been in Mitch has taken care of us, what a fantastic server. Super friendly, courteous, keeps us topped up on drinks, makes sure we’ve got everything we need while we’re stuffing our faces. The food at this location is particularly good, and servers like Mitch make the experience that much better. We always look forward to coming in and will definitely be requesting Mitch on future visits.

The Lobster Tail was tenders and very Juicy. Taste was exceptional, even the biscuits were great. Seems like they just came out of the oven. The only suggestion I have is that the pilaf rice was undercooked, just a little more time needed to make it perfect. Everything else was awesome!

Jordan was amazing as a server! The courtesy and professionalism changed my life. I came for a meal but left with an entire experience! Universal Studios? Disney World? Forget those trailer parks, I’m going straight to Hagerstown Red Lobster and asking for Jordan!
