WHY did they try and charge us $1.50 for an empty disposable cup to for us to get some water at the fountain?! That’s RIDICULOUS! We previously had been given them for free on our visit. The food is AWFUL. Absolutely bland, poor quality, stale and just nasty. The selection is super small and unimpressive. The customer service is POOR. As in the girl at the cash register looked like she was annoyed by every single person. Literally wouldn’t respond to questions. Just blankly do things or stare. Just a huge no all around. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take your own cups and food if you visit the science center.

I received excellent service from a guy with black hair and a hairnet (about 5’7), and it really made the meal that much better, never have I received better service at place!!!!! Thank you so much meerkat cafe!

Ok but it could be so much better. It’s nice to have the cafe to stop in and pick up water or coffee or a snack but I feel like it could be a little more clean and a little better laid out. It feels tired and the rest of the science center is so amazing.

On the expensive side for what you get, but conveniently located in the Greensboro Science Center. Next time I’ll probably pack a lunch.
