This is one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had!
Went to the restaurant around 5pm on Sunday, 9/26/2021. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we first got there.
These are the low lights of the visit:
I ordered New England Clam Chowder, but the kitchen was still preparing or making it so it never came out. I guess no one else had ordered chowder earlier in the day.
The $34.95 live lobster that I ordered tasted like dirt and it seemed like it was either undercooked or the lobster had died prior to cooking. I only ate part of 1 claw. In hindsight, I think the lobster was actually dead. When leaving, I noticed that the lobsters in the tank at the front of the restaurant weren’t moving around.
Our soda/water was never refilled.
The waitress didn’t bother to ask if we wanted dessert, she only asked if we were paying with cash or card.
After paying, the waitress asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt. I said I did and she replied I could get the receipt up front at the host stand. I went up to the host stand, but there was no one there so I came back to our table empty handed. The waitress eventually brought the receipt, but she should have done that from the very beginning.

I recently dined at Red Lobster and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.
The food was simply outstanding – every dish was expertly prepared with the freshest seafood and ingredients. From the classic shrimp scampi to the lobster tail, everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.
The staff at Red Lobster were also a highlight of my visit. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always on hand to offer recommendations and make sure that my dining experience was exceptional.
The drinks menu was also impressive, with a great selection of wines and cocktails to choose from. The cheddar bay biscuits were a particular highlight – they were so delicious that I had to ask for seconds!
Overall, I cannot recommend Red Lobster enough. If you’re looking for delicious seafood, fantastic drinks, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to town.

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Red Lobster. The food was delicious. My initial impression upon entering wasn’t so great. The two ladies at entrance had somewhat of an irritated attitude towards each other. Other than that the time there was good. I had the Lobster,Shrimp,Salmon meal. It was smothered in butter with minimal actual seasoning. It was still good but had way too much butter (see picture). The brussel sprouts were crispy and delicious with a drizzle of teriyaki sauce.

Just went there for dinner tonight. The place looks cozy and well maintained. The food was good. Their portions are very good, not too much or too little. They have a separate seating area for drinking . The toilets are clean. The staffs are very professional and friendly.

Has been years since I have dined at this Red Lobster. I moved away years ago and the RL near me stinks. I’m happy to say after being away from this 1 for years and years it’s still VERY good food here. Large portions, tasty food just wish it would have come out hot.

I haven’t been in years and this was a wonderful visit ! Our server was prompt and very efficient. The drinks were tasty and the food was fresh and on point this location seemed a little slower but I didn’t mind the quiet at all !

Service was a little slow due to being understaffed but the food was worth the wait! Some veggie options available – I had the mozzarella sticks. The garlic butter biscuits are legendary and the cocktails delicious but strong!

This building is the old style of red lobster. The decor is the older version where it was heavilly nautical themed. We were seated fairly quickly. They are using paper menus, presumably due to infection risks related to covid19. The host spent an odd amount of time rotating them back and forth till he was satisfied that they were correct. The menu seemed like it had been pruned significantly. The ordering process was fine. The waiter was not as attentive as he should have been. My wife’s drink was not refilled for quite some time. The food was not the same quality that it had been in the past. You could tell my dish had sat under the heat lamp awhile as the scampi and the alfredo was getting that sticky crust. The caesar salad I ordered as a side had stale croutons and at least one dead/rotten leaf.

Nice, quiet Wednesday evening dinner. Wasn’t crowded, no wait. We went for the shrimp special and we had a an absolutely amazing waitress! So friendly, polite, simply amazing!
I haven’t been to Red Lobster in a couple of years, it was a nice change! We will definitely go back soon.
