It’s a Nice place to relax after a Long Day at Work or for even if you want to just Get Out and enjoy some Great Fresh Food. Christian was an Excellent Server. He was a Great Listener, Fast and Accurate Service. Food was Fresh and Hot. It has a Great Atmosphere and Great music selection. I will definitely come back Time and Time again.

Outstanding service by Desmond!
We had 8 adults and 5 kids in our party and let’s be honest, the kids were a little unhinged but Desmond handled everything with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. He never rushed us, never looked overwhelmed, and stayed attentive the entire time.
He was pleasant, calm, and genuinely accommodating, which made a HUGE difference for a large family group like ours. Every request was handled smoothly, drinks stayed refilled, food came out correctly, and he kept a great attitude the whole time.
Service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Desmond was super impressive, and he’s the kind of server that makes you want to come back just because of the experience.

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years but I felt there was Improvement in the overall quality! Our food was good family had great portion sizes. My husband and I both felt the recipes had improved and I was surprised how much Lobster was inside two of the dishes we ordered. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. Rachel our waitress was exceptional. I definitely recommend this location off Churchmans Road!

The staff was attentive without being overbearing, making sure our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right times. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing — perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out.

Our waiter Christian was absolutely phenomenal. By far the best waiter I’ve had anywhere in a really long time!
He said he’s only been there since December and you’d never know it!! He was prompt, he listened well, continued to refill our beverages and also checked on us throughout the whole time. This location is very understaffed but you would never know it based on the attention and service Christian provided

Yesterday, I came in with husband I noticed hardly anybody was working the lady that was serving us her name was Monique she was super friendly and fast she took our orders and got our food and drinks out quick. I will definitely be back the service was amazing to be so short staffed.

The major disappointment were the biscuits. I have always loved the Red Lobster biscuits that were served with the meal. That was my primary reason for returning to the restaurant. The biscuits served did not have that special flavor I remember. The store brought biscuits were even a bit tastier. This is something that really should be addressed, as it was one of their most popular items.
