We were staying in town for one night, and decided we would have a quick dinner. We arrived just before the dinner rush. As a result, we were seated immediately. For this evening our server was Garrett. He was efficient, professional with the perfect amount of dark humor. My favorite kind. He made our dining experience easy and found a way to accommodate changes that were desired. The food was delicious and what you expect from RL. If you find yourself at this location (Gallaria Dr.), ask for Garrett.

We had dinner with a big group at Red Lobster after a dance recital and had the absolute best experience! The kind manager took the time on a busy Saturday evening to talk to the kids about the lobsters and even let all of the kids hold a lobster. Our server was excellent and the food was delicious. Emily greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile that it instantly set the tone for our visit. Emily has a great ability to make people feel taken care of, and her positive attitude radiates through the front of the house. She made us feel welcomed the second we walked in. Early Mothers Day was phenomenal!! Thanks to my awesome husband and family. Superb. Waitress was personable and professional. Everything was tasty and they even made sure we could plug in the breathing machine. Ada approved. The ladies are sweet, even the younger ones. Get there for a true treat.

Love having Garet as my server! He’s amazing, has great service without being too much, and has nice conversation whenever we have him. We’re able to joke around with him without it being awkward, like at a lot of other places where they put on a fake smile.
The atmosphere is pretty nice too. It’s not too cold that it’s overbearing but it’s also not warm either. The music is the perfect volume too! Can enjoy the music but still be able to hear the person across from me. Would come back.

Diva was INCREDIBLE. She was the bartender during my meal and bar service. The hostess as well was lovely. Both checked in on me and engaged in wonderful conversation. Interesting enough, a manager was behind me the entire time apparently and didn’t engage until I interacted with her to watch my food/drink. She seemed annoyed and unpleasant as well as distracted. Overall a great experience but having someone annoyed in your peripheral is not ideal. Perhaps could be done in a different location (?) Otherwise amazing experience.

My group ordered all pastas (different flavors) and they ALL tasted like water. They could not be fixed with salt and pepper. But our waitress was amazing and so kind ♥️.

Garet was very personable and took excellent care of us!! We never wanted for anything during our meal. He was very up front about our mushrooms being late and kept us informed about the status of our meal. When we return we will gladly ask for Garet to be our waiter.
