First time entering this location actually, the waitress Lakaiya I believe that was her name, was very nice and helpful, food and service was great, and of course, my favorite appetizers are the “Cheddar Bay Biscuits” now, as for the ambience and overall environment of the restaurant, it has a low key vibe and very inviting, has a warm feel to it, the waiters and waitresses try their best to provide their services for their customers, as well as the chefs that cook and prepare their food, I do recommend this location though, I also like the music selection on the radio’s overhead, nicely done…

I would recommend this Red Lobster. Had to wait a little bit for a seat at lunchtime, but our waiter was doing a lot! He was very courteous the entire time. The menu has changed a bit since the last time visited a Red Lobster, since the one in the area closed. Still the typical choices. Good price specials and alcohol drink choices. The only negative was the rug was slippery. That took me by surprise when my foot slid on the rug. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean and had the expected Red Lobster decor. Would definitely return to this Red Lobster!

I made a reservation for 7pm with Cynthia, I arrive they ask for my name and the girls face made it seem like they didn’t have one for me I was a table of 11. We waited for about 40 minutes which was longer than walk in to get a table. Once we get a table the waitress can’t seem to figure who is taking our order. We finally get our drinks and are waiting so long for the food yet the waitress doesn’t even come to check if we need anything. As we are wanting refills we ask twice for the server to come to our table and she doesn’t even show after about 20 minutes of no server we decide to leave and not wait for the food. Just paid for the apps and drinks and took our business else where.

We came to Red Lobster on Christmas Day, and Fanny truly made our experience amazing. Her service was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even on a holiday, she had a great attitude and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Everything came out perfectly, and she checked on us at just the right times. Hands down some of the best service we’ve ever had. Thank you, Fanny, for making our Christmas meal so enjoyable! (Make sure you try the crispy dragon calamari!)

Took my mom here for her bday and it was terrible. Our waiter was extremely nice and tried to accommodate us but when we first got there. We waited over 20 mins at the table with a reservation because we had to wait for them to get plates. We actually didn’t receive plates with the biscuits. We got it with our entrees. I complained to the manager and she gave us a $9 discount and apologized. The food wasn’t fresh at all. The shrimp and lobster was made hours earlier cause it was cold but thrown onto hot pasta. You could just tell. The drinks were watered down and had no taste of alcohol. It’s sad because they’ve been having this plate shortage for 3 weeks and a staff shortage. Nothing is being done!! I will never go back! Completely unacceptable!! The manager didn’t care! You could tell she didn’t give a crap! Not sure if Red Lobster will still be around.

I remember when this Red Lobster opened decades ago! The Fisherman’s Platter and Cheese biscuits were my favorite! While I couldn’t find the Fisherman’s Platter on the menu, I did order the Fisherman’s Feast! Lobster tail, grilled shrimp, fried shrimp, and fries! Cold slaw on the side. My son ordered fried shrimp, and there had to be more than two dozen on the plate. He couldn’t finish them so we took them to go. I also had the stuffed seafood mushroom appetizer. It got finished. There was no room for dessert, but next time for sure. I began photographing the menus, fully intending to get photos of everything we ordered. However, when the Cheesey biscuits arrived, I completely lost my train of thought as my son and I devoured them. So, food photos will be added next time. The service was good and everyone was friendly. Especially Debby, she wasn’t our server, but she did take the time to converse, and we really enjoyed talking with her.

First time ever coming to this location back in February for Valentine’s Day, it was so packed and one of the servers took our order right away ! Came in today when it wasn’t even that packed and not one server came to me and my family. We were there for more than 40 minutes waiting at least to be asked what drink and appetizers we would like. A couple came in right after we did and a server went to them but not us. We definitely were not happy we got up and left. Someone could’ve came up to us and at least said I’ll be with you guys in a few and I did go up to the reception area and let them know but nobody came.

We went here to eat on Christmas Day 2025. We understood that they were short staffed, so our party of 3 waited for 30 minutes, patiently. No one came back to seat us. During this time, a large group came in behind us, waited 5 minutes and didn’t feel like waiting for a table, so they seated themselves, and cut in front of us and everyone else who was doing the right thing and waiting for our turn. When a female employee finally came to the front, she began counting out menus for the group that had taken their own seat and told us there was nothing she could do about it, even though she had seen us standing there and knew we were waiting and standing there well before that party. She then proceeded to answer a phone call, and while on the call, told her male coworker who had appeared(who knew we were there first, as he had seated the three parties before us but never came back for us…he did try to count out our 3 menus to seat us) but she directed him not to help us and told him to instead take the menus to the large group who had cut the line.
After 10 more minutes of waiting for her to finally get off the phone, she hung up and told us she now had to clear a table, which required more waiting on our part. But yet there were plenty of tables clean, the restaurant was half empty(and her coworker was ready to seat us 10 minutes before when she told him not to… obviously there was someplace for us to sit that was already clean.) And she walked away from us.
That was it! We walked out immediately and the party directly behind us walked out of the restaurant as well. Ridiculous that this restaurant staff is rewarding people who cut the line and break their rules, while making the rest of us doing the right thing to continue to wait. 40/45 minutes we stood there, and we hadn’t been seated, so we ended up at Houlihan’s, where they sat us in two minutes and served us drinks in 5 minutes.
I truly think that this employee was thinking larger party, larger tip for her( she was a server as well), but if this is the way you treat your customers, this is not a place that should be frequented. I have never been so appalled by the behavior of the wait/host staff. I guess next time, we should all just cut the line and seat ourselves and maybe we’ll actually get service.Great example to set for others.
