Took my parents to red lobster to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We had a great experience. The food was great. Good portions & well seasoned. I had the lobster, salmon & shrimp meal & definitely enjoyed it. Our server Rob was so great! He was attentive & addressed whatever requests we had. He even helped my mom pick the best option for her meal. I was definitely pleased with the meal & service! We’ll definitely be back!

Jalen and Alisha were so amazing .. they greeted us when we came in and got our food faster than I ever got it in any order restaurant.. they displayed world class service… you are lucky to have them on your staff ..it was a delight to have them serve us .. When me and my boyfriend went here for the first time we were pretty disappointed at least i was, I had ordered the Lobster Dip as an appetizer and it came out pretty quick and was pretty good. I also had asked our server ( who’s name I can’t remember but it started with a S) about the Strawberry Drink they had on the mocktail menu and I was happy that she was honest with me about it but the strawberry smoothie was very sour which is honestly my fault because it is Reb Lobster not a playa bowls. We had ordered the Ultimate Feast which was ok the crab legs were hard to get the meat out and we spent most of our time struggling with that. The mashed potatoes were also dry but the lobster mashed potatoes were very good, the coleslaw was also very very dry me and my boyfriend thought it tasted like straight up cabbage which was disappointing considering we love coleslaw. The lobster tail was big but tender and kind of hard to chew on my part. I also am to blame because I thought the ultimate feast was a seafood boil but after I put the order in my boyfriend told me it was not and that is what I had came here for. Our server was pretty nice she checked up on us and the food came out as we ordered it. only thing is the server in the next section seemed rude to her customers I saw her roll her eyes and give a lot of attitude so I am grateful we were not sitting in her section. As a server myself I can tell she did not want to be there but still as a server you have a job to do and a specific attitude to give customers. Overall I will come back again for the seafood boil this time and I am happy that our server was nice, honest, and attentive with me and my boyfriend.

I came here craving their crab fest. The castle dip was good but everything else beyond that was disgusting. The biscuits were oily & warm not hot KRC gives you warmer better biscuits My Mariners seafood broil what a waste of money so bland, no flavoring my crabs taste like they came out of a bucket of water. The shrimp was overcooked and so was the lobster my corn one bite, and it felt so soggy that it’s been sitting in a pot of water all day. The queso dip was good, but that’s just about it. The service from my waiter was the best. He has no control over what goes on in the kitchen. He can only do was best with what he has and he was great other than that I felt robbed by red lobster Like how can you sell food That’s been sitting all day people Pay for fresh food not the food that I got granted the pictures look good but the taste was disgusting. I’m so upset. And whoever they had at the front entrance, really tried to sit us at a bar for a dinner. I had to refuse wanting to sit in a bar so I can be put in a dinning room. Would t go back & spend my hard earned money here again ShopRite got better CRAB Legs & cheaper definitely not I’ll go to ShopRite for my next seafood cravings

Alisha J provided us exceptional service. She was well versed in the Menu and the Lobster fest Dishes aswell. The food came out Hot and Fresh . Her attentiveness was exquisite!! She did not miss a beat!!! Overall the service was a 10. We will definitely be coming back.

Waitress was attentive and pleasant. Her name is Shaunti. My husband ordered the endless soup salad and biscuits. He thought the clam chowder lacked clams and he thought the lobster bisque too much curry and no lobster. He did not care for the coleslaw, but the salad was good I ordered the lunch portion of coconut shrimp. It was delicious.
