The texture is like crushed ice, like a snowcone from the 70’s. They need to invest in a real ice shaving machine if they want to stay in business. Charging $4 for a small, maybe they’re saving up.

Been there twice and it’s best shaved ice I’ve had in a while. People and flavors are great pricing is good too. Brought a friend there who doesn’t like snow cones and said it’s the best snow one he’s had and will definitely make the drive out to burnet again for it.
