Nice small quaint sushi / Japanese food establishment. We went in without a reservation on a Saturday night. We luckily got a table. It is a little tight quarters in this small restaurant and the food was excellent. One small issue though, that there was only one waitress working the room and it took about 45 minutes to get our dinners out after we received our salads.

My favorite restaurant in the Long Valley area. I’ve dined in and ordered out many times. She knows my order now when I call in my lunch order!

They do a great job. Love the staff and the food has always been great. You can get anything from sushi to Pad Thai. The edamame are always a great way to start off your meal here. So good.

I’ve been a bunch of times before. A little let down this time. But, will try again. Need to turn on the heat though, or I’ll wait until it gets warmer..

Close to home and open late, I’ve come here for late dinners a few times. It’s tucked away in the villages by Chesapeake Tavern and the Brew Pub. It’s got a relaxing atmosphere and isn’t too huge. The service is good and the food is decent. I enjoy the green tea and gyoza here. Rolls are a bit hit or miss in my experience. Nothing was bad, just nothing to write home about. Ymmv

I am surprised at all the positive reviews and calling this place a “hidden gem”. This is the second time we have gotten take out. First was a few years ago for sushi. I really don’t remember much about our meal, which I am assuming it was just average (not memorably for being either bad or excellent). This time we got chicken curry, spring rolls and a general tso’s type dish. They were eatable, but I’ve definitely had better for all of those (Thai Kitchen in Chester is much better, in my opinion). I would have given 3 stars for being average, but had to take another one for waiting an extra 30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes they told us it would take (and four other customers arrived after me and received their food before me).

Small restaurant, fantastic food. Very fresh, taste great. We had spring rolls – nice and crunchy with a tasty dipping sauce. The pork belly bao was served with cucumbers and housing sauce. The pineapple chicken fried rice was excellent as well. The mango chicken has really fresh vegetables, mango slices and a delicious sauce. SECRET: Go during the week. Not busy, but very freshly made food.
