Seriously, amazing. The pretzel was huge! And soo good. Loved the atmosphere, our server was so nice. The restaurant parking lot was at the back of the hotel, just in case you don’t want to walk through the hotel to the restaurant.

1st come 1st serve seating where you like. Across the hall from dance floor, so you can hear the music very well. Food is absolutely delicious, beautiful presentation, and prices are fair. Furniture is well taken care of, clean floors and walls. Restrooms are close by with a water bottle filling station in between. Perfect for families, friends, coworkers, and easily accessible for handicapped. I enjoyed dinner here.

Riley was an absolutely amazing bartender and would return because of that alone, calm and relaxed atmosphere and the perfect place to stop in and just have a drink and relax. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ate at the bar and the bartender was really good. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice for a hotel restaurant. Would recommend it if in the area.

I was too tired to go find anything else and found the food was actually pretty good. They have a char grill so grilled food has a good char taste to it. I had the steak fritz, I asked for medium but was more med-rare but it was good as the sirloin steak was pretty tender and tasty. Ceasars salad was really good. People next to me had the salmon and fettuccine, can’t say how it tasted but they looked good and the peice of salmon was pretty good size. The place it self isn’t that exciting and service was OK.
By the way, the menu that is linked ,as of the writing of this review, is quite out of date.

I think they call it the husky bar and grille now. It’s kind of expensive. We didn’t stay for dinner.

Excellent service!! Our food was pretty good too. The quality of the halibut was top-notch, though the crispy breading was a bit on the thick side for my taste. The reindeer curry/stew was tasty, but over salted. I just poured in some water, then the flavor was perfect. The french dip was great with good quality beef & bread, however, the au juice was on the salty side as well.
The prices were a bit steep, however that is to be expected in a hotel restaurant.

Great service and very pleasant and efficient wait staff (however, when we had eye contact, the bartender did look a bit hostile but no matter, we were not seated at the bar).
Now, on to the FOOD….
We ordered the fish and chips, which came in the classic deep golden hue. The batter fried coating on the fish was cooked to perfection. However, the fish inside was not as cooked as I would like and leaned toward a medium versus my preferred well done. The fish was not the pure white flaky I so love.
The fries were golden and delicious. They came in their own cute fry basket that actually looked like a miniature metal deep fry basket.
Malt vinegar and ketchup were our side orders— nothing else was needed.
On the whole the meal did not disappoint and I like that you can choose between two pieces of fish and three. We ordered three and split the meal and that was perfect!
The atmosphere was fun and electric. It was nicely crowded and vibrant with travelers sharing stories of their adventures. It was fun to dine with people at the end of their trips and those at the beginning—-everyone seemed to be traveling with Holland America. I did not meet any local diners.
One weird thing was that the water tasted strongly of chlorine or done other chemical additive—it was tap water so it may just be the way the water tastes in Fairbanks— up to that point, I’d been drinking bottled water. We ordered another beverage instead.

Overall, pretty good; decent sized menu, comfortable atmosphere, and very friendly service.
The crab mac and cheese had a bit too much bread crumb on top for my liking. The rockfish tacos were not my favorite, but very tasty all the same.
Prices are actually pretty good compared to typical Alaskan restaurant costs.
I would recommend this as a dinner stop for anyone staying in Fairbanks, AK.

This was a little further to walk to from my room at the Springhill in the current weather, but well worth it! I did expect fancier food, but I also expected “fancier prices” being that it’s inside a hotel. What I found was a welcoming bar, with an easy to talk to host, good food and reasonable prices. The beer selection is a little low right now because of COVID, but they have Alaskan brews in bottles. For dinner I opted for the Alaskan Halibut, followed by some butternut squash soup that was perfect for the -20° temps I walked through to get here. The food was really good! The bartender knows this area really well too, and he was able to give me some recommendations of places to check out while I’m here. All in all a good night out. Definitely a place I would recommend going to! Only downside I have to mention is that I was originally given a dirty glass to our my beer into. It looked like it had sat from not being used, not that I was given a previously used and unclean glass. But I still decided to drink straight from the bottle while I was here and had a great time!
