I never write reviews but I had to after how terrible the experience was & how its been handled. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice, the fried rice was really good until i found a hair mixed in it. the chicken was a little bland and pale. Took the hair out to see if it was mine, it was not it was a short thick black hair, i have blonde/ light brown hair. I sent a picture of the hair & explained what happened, but they said they could not give me a refund due to lack of evidence the hair was in the food because the picture i had taken was of the hair out of the food because i had taken it out to see if it was mine. They dont care about their customers I had responded explaining that i had taken the hair out of the rice to see if it was mine & i even ordered food from somewhere else i offered that video too but they just never responded. Kept trying to reach out just saying I was waiting for a response and still nothing. the food hall has alot of options, skip this one .
