Okay food and service. Dairy Queen is a staple in our hometown. They might forget to give you a cup or fries or something, but just talk to the manager and it’ll be alright. We like to go here on Sunday evenings after church. We love their ice cream as well.

Visited this location during a stop on a trip to Springfield, MO. It was at lunch time and it seemed pretty busy during that time. The staff at this location was very friendly and happy to take our order. Our food did not take long coming out despite how busy the location was at the time. The food we ordered was good and nothing was wrong with it. If you’re in the area and need a quick bite, I would not hesitate to visit this restaurant.

We ordered on the app to pic up in the drive thru. Ordered the bbq chicken strips and it was pitiful. More (quite frankly the whole bottle) bbq sauce was on the toast than the chicken. My whole slice of toast was soaked in th sauce where my chicken has WHOLE stripS (2/6) were bare and had no sauce. They make you pay for extra ranch but only put enough ranch in the container to cover the bottom. Only dipped half a chicken strip before I ran out of ranch. Wouldn’t recommend after that experience but willing to give a try when it’s not on a Saturday night.

It sucked!!! Once was our go to place. Now it’s simply a disappointment. My American cheese didn’t melt on my burger. My husband had a double cheeseburger, one slice American and one slice Swiss, neither melted. Now, instead of a leaf of lettuce it’s chopped up lettuce that most places would discard. I ordered well, well, well done onion rings then added please just ask them to burn them; onion rings were simply done. I ate them but it would have been awesome if once I could get them the way I ordered them. I miss when the teenagers that worked there stayed until they left for college. I miss walking in and hearing Alyssa holler to the kitchen to get rings down and let them burn because she knew what we ordered and was doing her best to take care of her customers and get our food to us quickly. I miss the smiles the girls up front always had on their faces and how friendly they always were even if they didn’t know our order instantly.
