There is not a better spot to get your coffee. I only wish there was one closer to me than East Rockaway as I live in the Five Towns – wink wink.
The staff is always positive and helpful. They made your coffee to light? Never once have they not taken it back without a smile to fix it.
Let’s not even talk about the flavors of coffee. They have so many options to choose from and the best part is the flavors dont have that artificial taste. Not a single person I’ve recommended here or have gotten coffee for from Red Label have ever been disappointed.

Cute spot, convenient and fast. The lady who took my order was friendly and very helpful. The younger woman who served the coffee wasn’t really rude but was far from friendly. Above all the coffee was weak and watery. Kid stuff

The coffee wasn’t good and I was charged an additional $6.52 to add almond milk to 2 medium coffees……I can buy at least 2 quarts of almond milk at the store for the same. The flavored coffees don’t have a great description.

It’s unfortunate because the coffee is good here but the establishment lacks humanity and basic customer service skills.
I wanted to love this place but on numerous occasions have been met with rudeness, short snappy comments, and a negative attitude. On occasions when I’m not the only customer in the store, there is a palpable difference in how customers of color are treated compared to their white presenting peers. In 2024 this behavior is disappointing.

It’s cool their coffee has flavors but it’s very artificial. Also overpriced. $5 for medium coffee.I also do agree that people of color are treated differently here. That is just normal in East Rockaway.

As soon as we walked in we knew it would fail. Girl at register was unwelcoming had a slight attitude and looked liked she didnt want to be there. Had about 100 coffee flavors for iced coffee and only offered 5 flavored hot thermoses. Sunday afternoon Its raining and 54 degrees. Ordered one iced and one hot. The chocolate raspberry hot was NOT hot and didnt taste fresh. The iced was blah and barely had flavor. I LOVE LOVE COFFEE and been everywhere but this Place left bad taste in more ways than one. You only have one chance to make a good impression.

Wow, the coffee is fantastic. Just went for the first time over lunch and got a black iced coffee, simple but it was such a great brew. Balanced but interesting flavor, they definitely nailed it. Gonna try some of the flavors next time, I like they aren’t sweet by default. Also a super cute shop and the staff was awesome.
