We had a delightful birthday dinner at Red House Tavern. The service was attentive and friendly! We ordered the peach and habanero glazed pork belly starter, with polenta fresca, and it was knock-your-socks-off good! So fresh and flavorful! The pan con tomate was some of the best I’ve had – crispy yet soft bread, loaded up with juicy tomatoes, garlic, and excellent olive oil. Perfect bite!

Super friendly and informative waiter. (Brian). Small menu compared to your big chain restaurants. They even have their own house made tea menu. A definite nice change for the area. Pricey but worth it. Locally sourced food. Menu changes constantly. Food was fresh, tasty and well presented. A couple little timing issues but otherwise I would definitely recommend this restaurant for special occasion. Probably the highest priced restaurant in the area.

When we walked in, we were immediately welcomed by the bar staff who gave some recommendations to the menu… they also made fantastic Sicilian Teas and Old Fashions. Barb was our waitress tonight, and she was fantastic (give her a raise)!!! Her exuberance and personality really made our anniversary dinner special and amazing. Don’t sleep on the Squid Ink Tagliatelle! 11/10 would come back again!

Wonderful locally sourced restaurant offering shareable plates. We tried the cod, papardelle, local beef, PEI mussels and charcuterie board. Everything is house made, impeccably seasoned and incredibly delicious. Our server Conner was very attentive and helpful and his recommendations were on point. We will definitely be back – highly recommend.

Amazing brunch spot! Bright, good amount of seating (including an outdoor patio), amazing service, & delicious food! Bonus- the kitchen is open, so you can watch the professionals cook your food! I have food allergies (fish, shellfish and nuts) and they were very cautious of my allergies. I got the quiche and my friend and I shared the Pain Perdu (French Toast). Everything was so delicious. They get their food from local farmers. I’ll definitely be back for more brunch and for dinner!

Great place to get fine dinning in Haymarket,VA. Menu style is more as tapas great for small dinner or for those who loves to share. A lot of local farmers products on a menu. Also local alcohol beverages. Greatly supported local. Wonderful atmosphere. Very helpful and kind service. Highly recommend for a lunch, dinner, or just a cocktail at their bar.
